We had been to the restaurant in Vegas many years ago. The service and food were impeccable, one of the best meals we ever had. This experience was just average. Nothing was not good, but nothing was exceptional, well except for the dessert!
One of our favorite restaurants in DC ! Chef D is amazing and Claire was wonderful. We Always get the usual as seen in pics. Simply amazing food. However we have a request. Please put the mushrooms back on the menu !!!! Steak and mushrooms is a staple 🤷🏻♀️. Please !! And it was the best mushroom side in DC !!! Nobu has a great mushroom dish too but we are at Cut !! I hope you will reconsider 🙏🏻. Thank you to the manager who stopped by to touch the table as well...
The Gulf Shrimp Cocktail was awesome, and the crab cake was amazing. I had a perfect filet mignon and no complaints from those that had the ribeye steak. Service was well-timed and friendly. I will return to try more dishes. CUT is my new favorite restaurant.
