If I could, I’d give DAS a 6/5 review. The food was incredible as was the service. We ordered the DAS chicken and beef sampler, special beef tibs, and Mild Ethiopian cheese. It was hearty, filling, and soo good. I haven’t had much Ethiopian food before, so this was an amazing introduction to the cuisine. The hostess, Rose, was so kind and welcoming. Our server, Feteya, was incredibly attentive and gave great recommendations for my friend and I. Our drinks were always filled...
This Ethiopian restaurant is situated at a convenience location, clean and beautiful.
However, the food is something else.
For non Ethiopian people it may be good even delicious but for Ethiopians, not that great.
Their enjera (እንጀራ) is made of white flour and doesn’t have any teff (ጤፍ) or other grains in it. Their tibs (ጥብስ) is just a joke. Not only it doesn’t test that good but the size is so small for a ~$30 dish.

A friend introduced me to this restaurant several years ago. The food is amazing. The owner came to our tablethat first visit asked us what we would like to try and created a delicious dinner. He also surprised our companion with a delicious birthday desert. Not once over the years has the food or service ever disappointed.
