May 2023 - 3 years later, we still almost weekly. Still dog friendly and our new dog can't go there enough. The beer is still good. The folks are still good. They have given the exterior a face lift. They have food on the weekends. Check it out if you haven't!Nov 2020 - Just moved to the area, but this is one of our favorite places...go there 1-2 to times a week! Check it out if you haven't - and a bonus it is dog friendly. If you are willing to wait for it, pick up Roaming Rooster you can make a afternoon/evening of it. You can even play Centipede as you drink for 25 cents!!!

Thank you yelp for this great experience. This brewery is so great and will be one of my favorites. The tour was really great and the roaming rooster biscuits were so perfect as a combination to go along with the beer. The staff is very friendly and the ambiance is quite good with ample amount of space.

Been going to DC Brau for 8 years now. It has always been one of my favorite breweries in DC. My personal favorite is their corruption IPA. They have greatly expanded their operation over the years and its been great to see. They have great service and they have added a few games and out door seating to the tasting room. You are also essentially inside the brew house so you can easily see them doing their work. Also, apart of their expansion has been adding non beer options to menu. They have boozy slushys and and ciders. So a little bit for everyone. As far as food goes they have a rotating group of food truck that service the tasting room. Definitely a place I recommend to all.

A local DC beer staple. Actually stumbled upon their brick and mortar location while I was trying out a nearby restaurant. The interior is cool and it was neat to try some beers of theirs beyond what I usually see at stores. Staff was friendly and I had a good time.

Great local beer! I love that they have special events and food trucks in the back. It's not fancy, but it's a great time and the staff are very friendly. When the weather is nice I recommend sitting outside and enjoying a cold beer in the warm sun. When it's chilly or rainy they have plenty of indoor seating. I like it!

Be welcoming to people walking into your establishment. Your staff completely failed and immediately imposed rules with no prior objection.

Tucked away on the outskirts of the DC limits, DC Brau is a gem! Wonderful selection of brews with a great “brewery environment”. Don’t be fooled by the hidden industrial location, when you walk through the doors you feel right at home. While not the easiest location to get to (you either need a car or a nice day and some walking shoes) it is certainly worth checking out!

Very cool spot- it's in the backside of the storefront businesses, and parking is kinda a mess. I got the grapefruit slush, and it immediately made me feel something (it's strong!). We sat inside and it got really warm, so we went outside and it was much cooler.I had been wanting to check it out for months from following their Instagram, and it was pretty cool. I should also say we went during the ASANA Awards Ceremony, so they shut the whole place down for us. The staff was very gracious and generous to us.
