The only crunchy thing within my dosa was some cabbage- which made for an interesting texture moment when the rest of it was soft

If you’re looking for full vegetarian Vegan food, you can try the dosa and uttapam here. The food was good, though not very flavorful. Service was quick. The place is inside Union Market, with free parking and outdoor table seating. The Masala dosa is good. Onion uttapam is not good.

Wonderful flavor and texture. All ingredients are plant-based. The eggplant and sweet potato filling was delicious and filling. The mixed veggie version (potatoes, cabbage, peppers, cilantro) was very tasty. The dosa dough was perfectly thin and crispy. There are also a variety of sauces, although they are not as hot as advertised. Will be back!

This food was amazing. I have never tasted something like it. The vegetables within the dosa were sweet and aromatic—almost as if they had been pickled and coated in flavor. It wasn’t spicy in the slightest, but yet so incredibly rich and flavorful. The eggplant was soft and the sweet potatoes were too. The cauliflower and cabbage was crunchy, and each flavor worked in harmony. I have never ever tasted Indian food that is so delicious. The dosa bread itself was unremarkable, but it was soft and worked well to scoop the vegetables, a difference from the usual crispy and thin dosas served in other restaurants. The coconut chutney was also incredible. The mango chutney was not my favorite.

They close at 7.30 pm. But they have mentioned the time as 8 pm. The lady said that 8 pm is their time to leave. Strange attitude

I was waiting 20 minutes to place my order. There was no one there but they were clearly open. I finally asked the stand next-door. They told me oh she’s sitting right over there. The woman working there could literally see me waiting for 20 minutes. During lunch rush this was at 1:30. She was maybe 10 feet from me staring at her phone. I actually saw her see me, but didn’t know she was an employee. Updated from previous review on 2025-06-20
