You usually have a line to wait in, but it is definitely worth the wait. The staff there is always very friendly no matter how busy they are.

I wasn't ready for how amazing the pizza would taste. OMG best pizza! Great atmosphere!

Stingray Kitchen PopupHot n Sour Matzoh Ball Soup-really delicious gingery broth. My one suggestion is a second matzoh ball because one wasn’t enough.Chicken Katsu Sandwich-my wife said the chicken was really well cooked. The bread was nothing to call home about. It tasted and looked liked Wonderbread.Bubble Waffle-meh. Nothing to call home about. Needed more flavor. Sweetened condensed milk as a topping and berries could probably make this more special.

The all you can drink and all you can drink brunch is a must. All the food is delicious and the staff are so nice.

We love this place! We go once or twice a week and always get amazing service, drinks and food. Would recommend to anyone! Owners are incredibly nice and go above and beyond.

I went to Declaration last night for a Tinder date, sat outside socially-distanced from others on their patio. The service and food was great, everything came out fast. I was happy to know that they were taking safety precautions (disposable silverware, menus, and contact tracing) and felt comfortable being there. I highly recommend for a casual date spot or for some of the best pizza in town.

The brussel sprouts are SO delicious. I can't wait to go back to try them again. When I came, they didn't have vegan cheese at the time, and couldn't modify one of their dishes, but they were more than happy to make me a vegan pizza (no cheese), and I loved that they were so accommodating. They also have a house-aged bourbon that was really delcious, and their cocktails were great. Declaration is pet friendly, and they were really interactive with my friends' dog. I will definitely have to come back to try other food items.

Overcooked meat from a couple days ago is how my philly cheese tasted. Old fried mozzarella pads. Nasty soggy fries. Off the list permanently.

I declare this place SUCKS!!!!!! GROSS! I have been supporting local businesses during this health crisis for more than a month! This place is the WORST!!!!!!! I ordered their Thomas McKean, the description online reads as such- ricotta, Brussels sprouts, mozzarella, sweet Italian sausage, Idiazabal and garlic. One would think that the Brussels sprouts would be thoughtful incorporated into the pizza. NOPE! This picture shows the s*** you get! Just Brussels sprouts halved and thrown on top. Where is the ricotta?!? Or any other ingredient other than the Brussels sprouts and sausage?!? This is no reflection on the staff there who are putting their lives at stake during this, but to management who would even allow a dish like this to exist on a functioning menu. For shame!

Not vegetarian friendly. I hope this restaurant can address this issue--it has a lot of potential. The online menu is full of mislabeled items (vegetarian prosciutto crostini, anyone?) and the descriptions of seemingly meatless items are incorrect as well. I've been a vegetarian for ten years and got a mouthful of bacon on an order of brussels sprouts labeled as vegetarian and described as having "balsamic glaze and blue cheese." The omnivores enjoyed their food very much. I got sick. If you have dietary restrictions, avoid this restaurant. I hope they address this issue.

You must be kidding with your segment on how Georgetown restaurants have been affected by the Corona Virus. The restaurant Declaration shows a worker preparing a salad with bare hands. Why would a restaurant allow cook to handle food with bare hands? Especially with the pandemic happening. Poor reporting and poor hygiene policies with or without the pandemic.

Stopped by here before a show at 9:30 Club! Cozy atmosphere and really tasty food! I recommend the Brussel sprouts :)

Great artisan cocktails, the fried mozzarella is always good...enjoy dropping in here anytime and certainly before catching a movie across the street.

So the bartender here is always great always fast and attentive. BUT THE FOOD OMG HATED IT I come here about every two weeks and its usually good when I order from the happy hour menu. But last night I had to order from the dinner menu. It was so terrible. The portions were happy hour sized and small, the pan roasted chicken was AWFUL and nO flavor so I sent it back for a friend chicken sandwich and I explicitly stated that it was no rush I was willing to wait, IT WAS AWFUL it was burned on the outside and pink and slimey on the inside as if they turned the heat up to cook it faster but I wont ever come back outside of ha
