Loved everything about it! Always enjoy being there. My friend and I ate dinner at the Living room, has the best french fries😋, a cozy space with a fireplace and chatter all night😅

It's a hotel restaurant, so expect a lot of kids running around. Not the place for a quiet or intimate dinner.

Were greeted by a closed door and news that the restaurant had been booked for a private event, even though no mention had been made with our reservations. However, was able to be seated in the lobby with full service and the rest of the meal was much more to expectations. Food was very good, even if not the most groundbreaking. Service was very attentive. Overall just what we needed before a show.

Delicious Thanksgiving dinner. Wonderful service. Special attention to the children was appreciated

My wife and I had an outstanding experience as we celebrated our anniversary. Every aspect of the evening was perfect and made special by the outstanding staff. Special shout out to our server, Isaac. It was a first class operation all around.

The service was great or I’d give this a one. But I go out for the food and the atmosphere. Food was gross. Burger was inedible. Salad was lettuce, Parmesan and croutons from the grocery store. Seriously? You can’t do better than what I can buy at Kroger? Wine was worse. I’m at the ritz. But the wine was cheap. Their best glass of Pinot was a $15 bottle at a wine store yet they charged $30 for a glass. Gross. Happy to pay $30 for a glass but it should be good. Not crap wine. We’re not that stupid. Fireplace is the best part but then they have the worst music playing. The music should fit the setting, not distract from it. Overall, poorly managed. Certainly not the Ritz. More like a Marriott.

Very disappointed at my experience at the Ritz Carlton in Georgetown Degrees restaurant. I just did a staycation at the Tysons Ritz Carlton where the service was impeccable. So I was so excited to try out the Ritz Carlton breakfast in Georgetown, but the service was terrible. The waitress was rude and disappeared for long periods of time and there were only two tables to be served in the whole restaurant. This does not make me wanna stay at this Ritz Carlton if this is the kind of service to be expected.

No está mal, pero es simplemente el desayunador del hotel; no ofrece nada adicional ni destacable.

Today, I did a solo brunch date on Easter Sunday at Degrees Bistro. It was amazing! I went at 10:30am, so it was fairly quiet but there were a few patrons already dining. The management, wait staff, bartender, and everyone I came in contact with were accommodating and gave superior customer service. I ordered the open face egg white omelet, and the green drink and the food was delicious. I ordered desert to go and finished it in the car on the way home. Everything came timely, fresh, and hot. Thank you for making this holiday special! I will be back and will bring a few friend's next time.

Always a lovely experience with Edward and Debbie. Great food and service in a beautiful and quiet setting.

When we arrived on Valentine's Day place was packed and buzzing & despite reservation sent us to wait in the lobby. We are much older than their party/ bar clientele, one in wheelchair, thought we should just leave. But the waiters were incredible, brought snacks to the lobby,,found us the one relatively quiet table, and checked up on us during the evening. We were not staying in the hotel. No reason why we wd go again and it was a late choice on a holiday night, but the staff was so kind we will definitely recommend them.

Food was delicious, service ,however, was terrible. It’s almost like none of the ladies there wanted to be there and barely acknowledged or tried to help us. The only stand-up person was the nice and only gentleman in the suit with glasses. We didn’t get to catch his name; but he was very kind.

29 years ago, we celebrated high tea with our four little boys in your hotel. So feeling a little nostalgic, I made reservations for brunch with my family. When we got there I was surprised that there was no one else in the restaurant. I had expecting it to be bustling through the Christmas holiday. Once we got used to the quiet we had an excellent meal and excellent service. We took our desserts out into the living room and enjoyed a nice long leisurely brunch. A minor disappointment for me was that the bistro was not decorated for the holiday at all . The living room more than made up for it.

Service was at the table every two minutes to get our order. Once we told her to please give us time to talk before we look at the menu she looked annoyed and never came back. It's possible she was just trying to be respectful, but we had to actually flag her down because she never even looked at our table again after that. The Ahi tuna nachos are awful. The tiniest pieces of fish with a ton of chips. I expect more out of the Ritz Carlton.

Thanks to the food and beverage manager, Maruad, we had a great and fun dining experience - from a champagne toast to birthday dessert. Thank you Maruad for making it happen! He even found a bag we forgot and returned it.
