Guys, please go try this place. It’s like sweet green but on a much higher level. Much better prices. S/O to Marco and the rest of the staff for their phenomenal customer service. I got the hot honey bowl. And I’d eat it again.

I had an online order for their crispy chicken, in which I opened it up to parts of the inside being pink. I immediately called them once I saw that, and they offered me a refund. Told me the refund would take a few days, however they ended up lying and saying in my refund receipt that “customer said food was too cold” which is NOT what I said. They served me RAW chicken, and I uploaded plenty of photos of it to their “contact us” link. Super unfortunate.

Update: Dig Inn customer service reached out and handled the situation professionally and with empathy. I visited the restaurant today and the service was absolutely amazing. They fixed it, the server was friendly and I’m glad I’m able to enjoy Dig’s healthy food again! I changed my review to 5 stars based on the last interaction and how the situation was handled. I wish other companies would do the same. Old post: I’ve been a loyal customer at Dig In Georgetown for a long time. I used to love the food, the service, and I always left a generous tip (often 35%+) because I appreciated the hard work of the staff. Unfortunately, in recent months, both the food and service quality have gone down dramatically. My last visit was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Order #69 on 9/10/25 at 5:26 PM. The new white female server yelled at me while taking my order, rushed me, and didn’t even give me what I asked for. She tossed the food into the bowl carelessly, then placed it aside uncovered as if it were garbage, and simply asked me to pay. She was already agitated when I got there and maybe she was having a bad day but the behavior was completely unacceptable, I truly don’t know what caused her to act so aggressively with customers. I asked to speak with the manager, hoping the situation would be handled seriously, but all I received was a quick “sorry” with no effort to address the issue.

I was told to “be patient” for a takeout order I made which I was doing, but no one acknowledged my presence or told me “you will be helped out shortly”. While it was getting a little busy, at the very least someone could’ve said something to me instead of having me looking dumb and confused. Still good food though

My favorite lunch spot in Georgetown. It’s a fast casual place and a great option if I want to feel good about what I eat. They make everything in house and the staff are great. Their menu changes based on the season. Also great for vegetarians and dietary restrictions. They usually have some deals on their app too!

When it is busy, sometimes the pick up orders take a little longer. One private bathroom, and free self serve water. Some indoor seating and limited outdoor seating. They also do catering, and I did a catered lunch for work and it was a hit with everyone.

I was at the store around 1:14pm I approached a African American woman who I was not able to get her name and honestly she was not friendly and very rude I asked her how long was the salmon out there because the salmon looked dry this isn’t the first time I come here often and she had a lot of attitude and said not that along than I was approached by another guy Caucasian man named Nick he was so attentive and professional and welcoming he greeted me and just completely made my day and turned the experience around. I see he is friendly and attentive to all customers and as it should be I myself work in a restaurant and know customer service and the importance it is to treat all guest with respect and politeness.

I ordered through the app TooGoodTooGo and unfortunately, I didn't not enjoy the food at all. My order was not ready when I arrived, a man cashier quickly apologized and stated he would make it soon. I did not watch him put my bowl together since I was watching my car outside the window. Once we was done, he helped we pick out which sauces would go best with the bowl and apologized once again for the wait. However when I was home, I discovered the bowl was not up to par. The chicken tenders, brussel sprouts and sweet potato wedges were all burnt but the pesto rice was perfect. Considering the price I paid, I didn't mind eating around the burnt food. However, I doubt I'll return to the restaurant again.

typing this as i’m eating it lol. you can tell the ingredients are fresh and the food is made with care. i got the original chicken sandwich and ordered it for ASAP pickup and it was still being made when i got there, but i’m located like a 5 minute walk away and ordered it right when i left so it’s not that they took long at all. they fried the chicken fresh and were super nice when i asked for no pickles on it as they were preparing it. will definitely come here again!
