I get a lot of orders from District Taco. Recently, I’ve noticed someone who seems to be a manager constantly watching over the employees’ every move. The staff clearly looks tense. I don’t see this kind of management as very healthy. I’ve even seen them raise their voice at employees once or twice, which I didn’t like. Just a piece of advice: treat your employees well and don’t create unnecessary stress. Thank you

The food was excessively greasy, and the staff appeared very tired and disengaged, which gave the impression that customer care was not a priority. It seemed they might have been overworked, which likely affected the overall service experience.

Their workers were kind and the atmosphere was great. The food portion was great too, but it was not as tasty as I expected especially for the price.

Perfect, except for one tiny problem: I bit down on not one, but two, of those hard stem-like caps that avocados have in the guacamole in my burrito. The guac itself was delicious, but I hated having to fish the bits of that hard nubbin out of my mouth two times (fortunately, I was eating takeout in my hotel room). This is an easy fix, DT.
