ALLERGEN WARNING My son has a dairy/soy allergy. I asked and confirmed what the “itza” was and was told it was mushroom and did not contain soy. I stated I had an allergy and the cashier went to the back to confirm again no soy. I began eating and noticed it tasted very much like soy. I asked again to confirm and the manager came out to tell me that is, in fact, soy. As soy is a top 9 allergen, not only should it be labeled but if someone asks, do your due diligence and check before putting someone at risk. They refunded our check with an empty apology but that’s not going to help me when my son is waking up hourly with stomach pains. Thank god he doesn’t have an anaphylactic reaction but does affect him for days. This is still extremely careless and puts people at risk.

The food is good, the people who works there are awesome and very friendly mostly the worker named Armando. But… the music bro it’s just so awful, I’m Hispanic and I enjoy English and Spanish music, but the English music bro, the country side music sucks🤮, they should change that.

If I could give this place a lower review I would. I was here earlier this week and just seeing how the staff acted as a costumer was off putting and bizarre. The lady in the red shirt I’m assuming is the manager her name said Danessa was extremely rude and useless. She was loud and obnoxious. I tried to enjoy my meal with my boss but just couldn’t. Then my food was wrong and I brought it up and she was absolutely rude and didn’t know any english? How’s that even possible. Never coming back here.

Stopped in two months ago, Nov 2025, for breakfast tacos and they were delicious!! Stopped in again on 1/6/26 and the breakfast tacos were the worst I've ever had from this location. Just large chunks of potatoes in pieces like they were cut for roasting- not small, soft and folded into eggs, hardly any eggs on the taco and just wack! Couldn't even finish these which was basically throwing money away. Another thing , depending on who is working at the pick up counter, customer service is questionable.

On December 21, 2025 at 8:53 pm I placed and order 1 hour prior my food still wasn't ready. They tried to say I never placed an order there. Then cooked meal that I didn't request said that's what I ordered until the guy that place the order walked in said it was I had pull out an email with confirmation number they had search the system then said don't know what happened. Then had wait additional 15 min for them prepare the order when I ordered in advance it was 2 males and female working that night they all need to be fired they are not competent employees.

Barbocoa was over salted. Food was inedible there was so much salt it made everything else salty even after removing it from the bowl.

Food is always delicious, but service at this location has not been great. We recently made a large delivery order on their website, but it was given to the wrong driver. We had to call to get the order remade which they did quickly, but we had to drive to pick it up ourselves, the store members were not very apologetic, and wouldn’t fulfill any request for even 1 small bag of comped chips.

Cool place. I think the chips could be more fresh tasting. Kinda stale to me. The bowl was good though and this place still offers a water cup so that's helpful to save money. Overall it's just under Chipotle in my opinion. The flavor to me just wasn't there. Still tasted good just not as good.
