I had an amazing stay thanks to the incredible staff! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was top-notch. Donitta greeted me with such warmth and made the bar and food experience amazing!. Josh the head chef was so kind and even came out to check on the food quality and made sure we were happy with our meal. Kayla and Rachelle went above and beyond to make sure the drinks were made to perfection and that I was taken care of.
It’s rare to find a great place to eat where every staff member is so genuinely kind and attentive. Because of Donitta, Josh, Kayla, Rachelle, my stay was smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent customer service!

The food and atmosphere was very good, but the service was top notch! We eat there 3 nights in a row since it is located inside the hotel. Our server each night was Mahlet, she was the best. Very attentive, nice, and she was managing multiple tables at the same time with ease. She treated my wife and I very well. Best server we have had in several years of traveling and dining out!

Fun place to relax, fish & chips and burgers all good, decent pours. We’ve had salads and pizza as well, and accommodations for vegans in our party. Our server Mahlet, who we have had on other stays at this hotel, is pretty amazing. I don’t know how she ended up all alone serving, but she covered a room full of people for hours, no complaints, all orders seemingly in her head, unfailingly polite. Leave her a good tip, she is working hard!

The food is good the service is EXCELLENT! Mahlet was our waitress and she is amazing! Truly the epitome of wait staff. She treated us WELL, anticipated our needs and went above and beyond! I have never received this great level of service in the United States. I hope the establishment understands what a gem they have with Mahlet. When we come back to DC I hope we see her again!
