This place is absolute gas. For only $37 per person you get an unlimited one way ticket to flavortown. My wife and I stopped by on empty stomachs and ordered 15 different dishes. ALL of them were delicious and unique. This is now my #1 brunch spot.
Side note: stop wasting your time waiting an hour for the restaurant on the corner. Do yourself a favor and COME HERE.

I went to go pick up an order and the person at the front desk didn't want to help me. He wanted me to wait for another employee so I can receive help with my order. The person who is at the front was a white man with a suit jacket and a blonde man bun so when I try to show him the order that I was trying to pick up didn't pay attention and finally when the other employee came back, I asked him for help for my order and my order was behind the guy at the front desk the entire time there's no logical explanation for this just pure ignorance upon the two people at the front desk. It was a white guy and a white lady who were watching me wait for my order when it was behind them the entire time.

chloe has been our waitress every time. i will personally request her any time i visit this establishment. her personality alone will make the experience. i high suggest you request her as your server she gives good recommendations and caters to your food allergies if you have any. which is very notable in my opinion. of the many restaurants i have been to she is definitely a top 5 in my books. the food is amazing she first recommend the stir friend noodles and since then i have ordered the same thing every time.

Doi Moi is a staple of the 14th street community, whether for a fun brunch with friends or cute date night dinner. While the food is great, the care and dedication of the servers, especially Chloe, puts Doi Moi above the rest. As someone with a myriad of food allergies, Chloe has always taken care of my dietary restrictions, with professionalism, ease, respect, and above all - a great attitude. Her memory is spectacular and her ability to relate to her customers sets her apart from any other server I’ve had. She is the reason we come in to Doi Moi as much as we do and we look forward to more amazing times ahead, courtesy of Doi Moi and Chloe.
I had a very positive experience. At the beginning there was a small issue because the waiter didn’t notice that I had been seated, so I had to come up myself and ask to be served. However, the situation was handled very professionally. The waitress (blonde, unfortunately I don’t know her name) sincerely apologized, and the service afterwards was excellent.
The food was very good, and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was great. I would also like to mention Bruno, who was very kind and welcoming.
What impressed me the most was how the restaurant handled the situation , at the end they compensated for the inconvenience

Brunch at Doi Moi was definitely a vibe 🍽️
I opted for their bottomless brunch for $36.99, which is honestly a steal for the amount of food you get. I skipped the $26.99 bottomless drinks this time because I didn’t plan on getting turnt that early 😅 but trust me… next time I’m definitely opting in.
Must-get dishes:
🔥 Flash Fried Beef Jerky – Easily the standout. Perfectly crispy with pickled radish and carrots that balance everything out. The beef itself had so much flavor it honestly didn’t even need the sauce on the side (just my opinion).
🥟 Steak & Cheese Bao Bun – Amazing. The bun was super soft and fluffy, and the steak with eggs worked together really well. Everything was tender and packed with flavor.
🥞 Pork Belly Crepes – Very interesting but in a good way. The pork belly was super tender and the drizzle of hollandaise tied it all together nicely.
🧇 Pandan Waffles – So good. Light, fragrant pandan flavor with a drizzle of butterfly pea sauce and coconut whipped cream. Definitely one of my favorite sweet bites.
🥭 Mango Sticky Rice – Delicious on its own, but pro tip: pair it with the coconut whipped cream from the pandan waffles and it’ll remind you of Thai mango sticky rice. Trust me on this one.
🍍 Seasonal Fruits – Fresh and refreshing. Normally I go straight for the strawberries, but the mangoes really activated my Filipino side and I went all in 😂
The okay / could be better:
🥬 Brussels Sprouts – They lacked flavor in my opinion and weren’t as crispy as I like.
🥢 Pork & Shrimp Egg Rolls – Not bad, just nothing particularly special. Pretty standard egg rolls.
Overall, the brunch menu had some serious highlights, and for the price it’s definitely worth checking out. Next time I’m going all in with the bottomless drinks too 🍹

We came here for brunch with our friends who are moving. The food was delicious for sure. We ordered a variety of dishes on the menu. However, our service was very poor. We initially had one server who was just bringing waters, but this wasn't communicated to our waitress Chloe and from the beginning she had a negative demeanor to us. We asked a simple question about portion size so we could order the right number of dishes with each item (as with some bottomless places it varies), and she reacted very rudely to our questions. For the rest of the meal, we felt very awkward in asking for any requests and each time were met with an unfriendly response. She asked if we wanted dessert and we hadn't decided. She brought us dessert plates but later just came and took them from us without a word. I'm sure this was out of the norm, and I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. However, we were coming here to relax and enjoy food and I felt uncomfortable during the whole brunch.
Edited to add: As my fiance was paying for the check, she was hovering over and appeared as if she was looking to see how much we tipped. Overall this was one of most negative service experiences I've had.

The Bottomless Brunch was absolutely worth it. Everything was delicious especially the Beef Jerky, Chicken Skewer, and Pandan Waffle. We also ordered the fish which was great to share. The Vietnamese Slow Drip Coffee was insanely good. My daughter does not usually drink coffee but doi moi changed her mind. The service was quick and excellent. Servers regularly cleaning our dishes. The manger checked in with us and even the head chef. Great service and experience. Would dine here again!

Honestly, really impressed and impressed for the brunch. I didn’t realise we were gonna have so many flavorful traditional Asian dishes presented in such amazing ways. We had the pandan (green southeast asian plant) waffle four times, the blue or purple lavender jasmine sticky rice with mangoes, a lot of coconut in her coffee in our Thai tea or I mean the condensed milk and we also had a ton of meat we had the chicken skewers with pineapple. We ordered so much and the fried fish was huge !!!
This was all for the brunch menu and we’re definitely gonna come back. We ate so much the surface was incredible before smiling you were happy. All the seats really had good views. I’m definitely gonna return with a bunch of my friends and I’m so glad it’s in the Logan circle area so it really accessible to all the fun bars there.
