Hit or miss here. Always depends on the folks working. Coffee is meh. Ordered the dulce de leche latte and the white mocha, waited about 15 -20 mins and we didn’t get the drinks we ordered. We moved on as we didn’t want to wait another 10 or 20 mins again. If there is no choice in the entire mall, and I’m falling fast asleep and need caffeine, I’ll consider coming back here.

We were here on a school trip, and am still confused about this location. Inside the Hirshhorn, there is a coffee counter. Drinks were good and staff was awesome! Very nice and personable. They only had two flavors of soft serve ice cream though. Which I get, as its a small space. When we exited the Hirshhorn, there was a trailer/shop for Dolcezza. It was dimly lit inside and the person was asleep. So we weren't sure if it was open?

The prices are ridiculous 3 small drinks and 4 croissants are $90!!! The croissant wasn't fresh! And the basil lemonade had more ice than lemonade!! IS A JOKE!

Nice place to stop for a really good quality coffee, a pastry, or ice cream right on the mall. Much better than the concessions stands.

Google maps is a bit confusing, but the coffee shop is indoors and the gelato shop is outdoors. The espresso was really good and workers were very upbeat and polite!
