The gelato was fairly good with a decent texture. Coffee drinks done well and with care. Shots are not bitter, texture is smooth. Service is lacking at best. There is no smile. There is no greeting. There are rude responses and glares if you ask a question. Overall what they lack in service you gain in product.
The gelato I had was absolutely delicious! While it wasn't as creamy as Pitango's, I really enjoyed the variety of flavors they offered. I ordered a three-flavor cup and chose Black and White Cookie Batter, Dark Chocolate Fudge, and Dulce de Leche Chip. Each flavor was delightful! The restaurant was quite busy, which was a good sign considering its prime location near shopping stores and not far from Chinatown.
