I normally do not leave any bad reviews or any harsh comments on any business however, The worst customer service experience I just experience I will never order from here! After a whole hour for my food, driver had the wrong address and try to blame me while I gave my address to the employee, I talked to over the phone after a quick conversation, he started yelling at me and hung up on me, had to call him multiple times for him to say that I am very busy and bothering him while I am with without no food I WILL NOT BE ORDERING from this location and I DONT recommend anybody for order here !!!!!!

I paid for extra tomato sauce and extra onions. There was NO tomato sauce at all on my pizza. Also, there were 4 pieces of onions. This location is famous for taking payment for extra toppings and then withholding those exact topping paying customer specifically asked for in extra toppings. Almost malicious. If you make your peace with receiving the incorrect or damaged food then this location is serviceable. If you want exactly what you ordered then I'd recommend getting pizza elsewhere

I ordered Pizza & Sandwich Bread with 2 Bottles of Water Ref #429 at 4:49pm today I asked for normal water for my spouse as she is allergic to cold or refrigerated water. They took five minutes to understand what I am asking. At the end she concluded that we have water box but can’t sell you because it’s meant for another store. Then I asked her any solution She rudely say I don’t know. I walked across street and got normal water from Whole Food Store. The service was pathetic and employes attitude was callous. If there is option of negative 5 star that’s the place the store deserves due to its unprofessional employees supervision.
Second time getting delivery from this place, will be my last for sure. Only making this review because the delivery service is so terrible. First time was August 2023, and I got the delivery an HOUR late. Pizza was cold, and I called the driver 3 times asking when he’d arrive. He hung up on me the third time, and after calling from a friend’s phone, recognized my voice and hung up also. This time June 27 ‘24, ordered an hour ago. Been waiting last half hour after being told they were waiting on the driver. Will tip but either most incompetent or overworked drivers. No quality control or concern for timely delivery.

I’ve ordered here often but something has changed over the last several to 6 months. Change in ownership or management, I don’t know but the result is terrible service and terrible delivery times. My last 4 orders were either the wrong pizza, left items or delivery took over 45 minutes and I’m only 5 minutes down the road. I’m done wasting money here and will be going elsewhere from now on. This is the last pizza they mess up on one of my orders. Do yourself a favor and grab a pizza from somewhere else.

I've been waiting for the food for two hours, and they won't let me cancel the order or complain until they send it. It is a shame. I have called the store more than 10 times and they don't even answer.
