This location made my 50$ order incomplete so I wouldn't accept it and refused with the driver.so the on duty manager assured me arefund and was assured it was completed. So for a week they claiming the refund was processed. domino's store1335 2nd st ne dc.they didn't refund me until I came in-person and showed online my banking it was never done .so they asked me my info and said there mistake mind u i paid a week ago didn't accept the incorrect. by not accepting it the store manager assured me it was done but lieing and get a attitude because I proved them to be fraud and liars. The now on duty manager told me to contact corporate. Which i did corporate stated that they are private franchise all they could due is reach out to the private owner. Man I am done with them and I have 50 points damn
Wait time was 3 hours and nobody was answering the phone to update me on the status of my order smh

Went in to order and collect the 2 medium for 6.99 collection deal and he refused to do the order stating it's online only but he will give me 2 large for 24 dollars! I challenged and said it states carry out and he again refused saying we have to order online only and deliver for any deals as no offers in store! Clearly needs the business but no customers service. Go to five guys opposite who are doing a 13 dollar combo

Kyle Anthony was a very polite professional delivery person! He arrived so sticky that the pizza was still hot enough to burn my lip! Fresh hot and delicious!

I have never had a good delivery experience with this location. I live not even a five minute drive away and every time I try to host something and order for delivery for convenience. It takes them over an hour to realize that the driver is not coming and then they have to resend. I don’t understand what the issue is and why they are consistently terrible at delivery.
Edit: pizza just arrived and unsurprisingly it’s cold. I’ll be asking for a refund. I will never support this location again. Honestly just shut it down.
Don’t order late night and don’t expect a timely delivery. I live less than a block and it took over and hour to deliver…terrible delivery service. The people working the kitchen are usually pretty good.
At 12:59 they finally answered my call after being over an hour and a half late. He processed the order and then cancelled so I could never report the order….so now 1 star. Awful
The Indian guy with glasses had a really nasty attitude when I was inquiring about the buy 2 deal for 6.99 when I first came in & said hello no smile or nothing just attitude like he was having a bad day. Then I tried for a very long time to place my order online for the buy 2 for $6.99 deal and dominos website kept freezing up & would not let me process my order. So when I told him about honoring the price bc the website is freezing up he had a nasty attitude again & when speaking to him he cut me off to speak with a female friend that was behind me. I'll just order somewhere else. Overwhelmed I left crying.

Terrible customer service
This person right here haqe or however you spell his name I forgot. Provided such terrible service and said he was the manager even tho he was not the manager. My card was charged an extra 6$ after my order was finalized and I called to follow up. He proceeded to cut me off mid sentence raising his voice. I corrected him telling him that’s not the way to talk to customers and could we have an adult conversation or will you act like a child. I started to state my issue and he cut me off again raising his voice so I cut it short and told him I’ll be there. Well here I am and he’s not the manager. My problem JUST got solved after I arrived and not like he said he already started the process of a refund (which shouldn’t even be a refund because I paid for both my pizzas upon delivery. I feel like the workers tried to scam me out of a tip when the service didn’t meet even the base requirements for it. All I wanted was to check why I got an extra charge and this guy in picture don’t kno how to talk to customers. Dominos do something before someone that isn’t as patient as me do something to one of your workers.
*forgot to mention that I had to call about 5times before I spoke with 1 person (haqe) because he kept putting me on hold soon as he picked up. Also talk with the aACTUAL manager on talkin to his team member because it looked like he was brushing my problem off which is a real issue because your worker is providing horrible service.

Poor customer service, rude and dirty delivery guy speaking on matters that didn’t concern him. I will not return to this dominos location and advise others as well. Many 1 star reviews, I see why now. Dirty delivery guy said he doesn’t need the neighborhood’s business.

We ordered from Domino’s online and it arrived an hour late, with the incorrect order:
🍕 14” Meatzza on hand-tossed dough = $20.98
❌ Philly Steak Sandwich = $7.99 (not received)
🍝 5-Cheese Mac & Cheese = $7.99
❓ Cheese Stuffed Flatbread (which we did not order)
🧄 Garlic dipping sauce = $.75
🍲 Ranch dipping sauce = $.75
🚐 Delivery = $5.99
😢 Tax1 = $3.85
😱 Tax2 = $.36
💰 Total = $48.66
As the delivery got later in later, the gratuity we intended to leave decreased significantly.
We enjoyed the food, but we were disappointed, that our order was incomplete and the wait for delivery was excessive.
