Don’t order late night and don’t expect a timely delivery. I live less than a block and it took over and hour to deliver…terrible delivery service. The people working the kitchen are usually pretty good.

At 12:59 they finally answered my call after being over an hour and a half late. He processed the order and then cancelled so I could never report the order….so now 1 star. Awful

The Indian guy with glasses had a really nasty attitude when I was inquiring about the buy 2 deal for 6.99 when I first came in & said hello no smile or nothing just attitude like he was having a bad day. Then I tried for a very long time to place my order online for the buy 2 for $6.99 deal and dominos website kept freezing up & would not let me process my order. So when I told him about honoring the price bc the website is freezing up he had a nasty attitude again & when speaking to him he cut me off to speak with a female friend that was behind me. I'll just order somewhere else. Overwhelmed I left crying.

Terrible customer service

This person right here haqe or however you spell his name I forgot. Provided such terrible service and said he was the manager even tho he was not the manager. My card was charged an extra 6$ after my order was finalized and I called to follow up. He proceeded to cut me off mid sentence raising his voice. I corrected him telling him that’s not the way to talk to customers and could we have an adult conversation or will you act like a child. I started to state my issue and he cut me off again raising his voice so I cut it short and told him I’ll be there. Well here I am and he’s not the manager. My problem JUST got solved after I arrived and not like he said he already started the process of a refund (which shouldn’t even be a refund because I paid for both my pizzas upon delivery. I feel like the workers tried to scam me out of a tip when the service didn’t meet even the base requirements for it. All I wanted was to check why I got an extra charge and this guy in picture don’t kno how to talk to customers. Dominos do something before someone that isn’t as patient as me do something to one of your workers.
*forgot to mention that I had to call about 5times before I spoke with 1 person (haqe) because he kept putting me on hold soon as he picked up. Also talk with the aACTUAL manager on talkin to his team member because it looked like he was brushing my problem off which is a real issue because your worker is providing horrible service.

Poor customer service, rude and dirty delivery guy speaking on matters that didn’t concern him. I will not return to this dominos location and advise others as well. Many 1 star reviews, I see why now. Dirty delivery guy said he doesn’t need the neighborhood’s business.

We ordered from Domino’s online and it arrived an hour late, with the incorrect order:

🍕 14” Meatzza on hand-tossed dough = $20.98
❌ Philly Steak Sandwich = $7.99 (not received)
🍝 5-Cheese Mac & Cheese = $7.99
❓ Cheese Stuffed Flatbread (which we did not order)
🧄 Garlic dipping sauce = $.75
🍲 Ranch dipping sauce = $.75
🚐 Delivery = $5.99
😢 Tax1 = $3.85
😱 Tax2 = $.36
💰 Total = $48.66

As the delivery got later in later, the gratuity we intended to leave decreased significantly.

We enjoyed the food, but we were disappointed, that our order was incomplete and the wait for delivery was excessive.

Not going to order again in at least one year.
The pizza was made super fast, placed the order online, but the taste is just terrible, bad quality ingredients, oily worst pepperoni I ever tried. In my home country Domino's is so good but here, it's simply awful.

Two good experiences here using app order and store pick up. Store is clean. Register staff were attentive while also busy juggling phone and in-person customers. App is easy to use and features numerous coupons not available for in-store orders.

This store has the worst customer service. Twice I have ordered for pick-up, I showed up to the store when the App says ready, and the staff made me wait way over 10 minutes before they acknowledged or gave me the order (at which point it was already cold). They purposely make you wait even when your order is ready.

I will not be returning to this store, I recommend anyone else to save time and trouble. Maybe just get a pizza at Harris Teeter or go to Stellina Pizza by Trader Joe's.

The staff there are so incompetent and have zero customer service.

The service is terrible, they have this foreign gentleman that is extremely rude. Then they try to overcharge you. I've been ordering from here for years and whatever new staff they have there is really unprofessional. I tried to place my order and he hung the phone up on me because I asked why one piece of cost me 30 something dollars. I will never order from here again

I ordered from them last night. I got two pizzas, brownies, and cheesy bread stick. However my food came and was not hot at all. The food was very nasty 🤢. Me and my wife have been sick since last night eating their food. Throwing up and having uncontrollably diarrhea. I don't know what they did or what happened when they gave us this food. But I feel like they gave us food poisoning. I am positive they gave us food poisoning. There is no way that we was perfectly fine before eating the food at Domino's then after we started eating it we felt nauseous and throwing up and having diarrhea that is very unsafe and very unprofessional. And I don't want them to say oh have a slice of pizza on us because I don't want that I need to speak to a district manager or a corporate manager somebody because this is unacceptable. I've left many reviews for many places and none of them has been bad but this one and I am not happy about it.

Delivery is very slow will get your pizza 3 hours later cold or not at all, customer service needs a lot of work very rude when you call. Barely picks up on call. I have been a customer with Domino’s for years and I think I done had enough.
