Took over two hours to deliver

If I could give this store zero stars, I would! This is by far the worst experience Iāve ever had with a Dominoāsāor any restaurant for that matter.
I placed an order online on Saturday at 8:50 PM and guess what? THE FOOD NEVER ARRIVED! Not only did they fail to deliver my order, but when I tried calling more than 10 times, NO ONE answered. I got transferred from the only number available (202-526-8600) to the actual store, and STILL, nothing! No one picked up, no one cared, and they basically stole my money because I was still charged $30 for food I never received.
What kind of horrible, lazy, and incompetent people run this store?! If I lived in the area, I would have gone in person to tell them how disgraceful and unprofessional they are. Reading other reviews, it seems like this is a regular thing for this location. The fact that they continue to ignore customers, take money, and provide ZERO service is unacceptable.
š„ This store should be shut down immediately! The entire staff should be fired for their complete lack of work ethic, respect, and common sense. This level of disregard for paying customers is disgusting. I can only imagine how filthy and mismanaged this location is behind the scenes. If they treat customers this horribly, imagine what their kitchen looks like. š¤¢
If you are reading this and have had the same experience, CONTACT CORPORATE IMMEDIATELY! Complain until they fire these useless employees and put people in charge who actually know how to run a business.

I placed my order around 6:15 pm and got alerted that my order was out for delivery @7:02 pm. By 7:24 pm I received a text message saying āFrederick has entered your neighborhood & will arrive shortly.ā Then @7:39 pm another message saying āGet ready! Frederick is pulling up now.ā So Iām looking outside to see where heās at and I see no one, waited 5 minutes still no Fredrick. By 7:50 Iām checking my tracker and itās saying my order is completed. Called the store twice and was transferred to a rep who then transferred me to the store and I spoke with a manager who said āoh he got it, itās coming 4-5 or 45 minutesā not sure of what he was saying because he was talking so fast so I repeated which time frame 4-5 minutes or 45 minutes and by then he hung up on me. Itās now 8:53 and both timeframes have past. Save the headache, time and money and order Pizza Hut or get Costco pizza (Costco better anyway) this location is a disgrace of service.

This place is horrible my pizza arrived three hours behind. Then they left me on hold for almost a hour. When tracking my pizza tonight 2/12/25 @8:44pm. The details stating that it would be delivered at 10:23pm. But at 9:50pm it stated it had be delivered, So I reached out to the store and no one answered. So I hung up and called back as if I was placing a new order and the customer order lined answered and stated that they would transfer me over. Once she contacted someone in store they ask if I could please hold. While on hold the customer service rep kept apologising, so I ask her to stop apologising because that would not feed my kids or reimburse me my money. She than became rude stating to me BYE. Before rudely hanging up on me. The pizza box was destroyed and I was afraid to feed it to my kids.
i just ordered by phone call from this store and itās taking 3 hours to get my order and still waiting 3 hours i didnāt get my order but they get there money they charged me with card and amd still didnāt get refund my money and i didnāt get my order itās disgraced to wait 3 hours for one order i never see in my life one order taken 3 hours and still didnāt get the order and refund my money

It took them 3 hours to prepare my order. They do not even pick up the phone when you try to follow up and see what is going on.

If I could give this place 0 I would, My pizza been out for delivery for a whole hour, it supposed to gotten to me by 4:50 itās 6:12pm he just coming with a cold pizza, I understand heās old but come on it shouldnāt take him a whole hour after leaving the store to get to my house thatās only 10mins away. I recommend anyone thatās ordering to pick up your food, I canceled my pizza

Worst Dominoās store. Every single time they deliver the wrong order and when I call they say āyes we will send the delivery guy with the missing itemsā and they NEVER deliver them. And to call them is a nightmare they do not want pick up the phone!

Vegetarian options: This is one of the nicer Domino's I've seen. Kinda cozy.
Kid-friendliness: There's a little spot at the far corner of the glass bar where a child can climb a couple steps and watch the workers make the pizza.

Iāve been ordering pizza for pickup from this location for almost 4 years. It is always exactly as expected. Iāve never had any issues, and the staff is often friendly. Thanks, yāall.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
Ordered a pizza against my better instincts after the noticeable downgrade in the quality of the food.
Quoted 50-60 mins delivery time. 90 mins later, I was still waiting on my order.
Said it was delivered. Nothing at my door. Nothing in my building lobby.
Guess the driver was hungry at the end of a shift?
Called the store, no answer. Called two more times and waited in hold for six minutes each time before someone picked up the line and then hung it up. I know because I could hear the background noise of the store.
Now thereās no direct email for customer service, either. All around dumpster experience. That was my last time with dominos in DC and probably with the company forever.
Hereās hoping I get a refund instead of having to file a dispute.
Update 12/19:
I filed a customer service ticket online. There has never been any response to that ticket. After a couple days of no response, I instead called the store as soon as they opened and was finally able to get someone to answer without immediately hanging up. Unfortunately, they were unable to process the refund because I did not have the expiration date of my card (used Apple Pay and didnāt have the card on me). I asked that my customer service ticket be updated to reflect the conversation and the fact that all I needed for the refund was the card expiration date. Though the person on the phone agreed to do so, I never received an email or any other communication showing that this had been done.
Once I got the physical card, I called back and provided the date and have now been told that a refund is on its way. I will check my card for a reversal.
Update 1/2/2025: No reversal on my card so far. I will call one more time before disputing the transaction.
Update 2 1/2/2025: I got in touch with the store. They said it shows the order was canceled on their end. I am contacting my bank to confirm and to inquire about the refund.
Went to the hotel for a few nights and this was the closest spot. The pizza was good and the people there were friendly even though it was very crowded.
