I called this dominos to put in an order last night. I wanted to use a gift card but they said they couldnāt put it in over the phone. So when my friends and I went into the restaurant to pick it up we were told they didnāt have our order and that our order had gone to a call center and they never got the order. We called the number while we were in the restaurant a few times and it rang in the store every time. Overall they could have just told us it was too late for the order or that they didnāt have what we needed but to lie to our faces is unacceptable.

The store never delivered my order. The driver was supposedly 15-20 mins away based on the tracker (which is super inaccurate btw). Then all of the sudden, the order was said to be delivered. The driver never contacted me for a pick up and the store didnāt answer the phone when I called to see what happened. I wasnāt even able to get a refund for the mistake by the location.

They have bad service 2 hours waiting for a pizza and it doesn't work
Delivery took over 1 hour from when the driver left the store. We called the store for them to offer us some sort of refund option and they said they donāt do anything. What ?!?
Please, donāt order from them.

Shawn did a good job with my customized pizza (he started right away, i was staring at the tracker and the pizza was in the oven in no time!) the driver Michael was very prompt and polite. I'm happy again after a bad experience in doordash app earlier tonight. Personally, domino's never disappoints me, literally from coast to coast. Maybe i'm just really lucky :D

Lol these reviews are hilarious. I donāt really expect a lot from chain restaurants. I never order delivery, but my pickup experience is always good. I use the tracker and never have to wait. The toppings are VERY sparse but every ingredient is always there. They always call me when I order too late instead of a silent cancel like the Brentwood Papa J doesš. The atmosphere isnāt the warmest but itās always all men and I donāt really require friendliness to pickup a pizza š¤·š¾āāļø but clearly Iām the only one that feels like that š. This is a decent spot but Iād recommend picking up if you can or order from Uber eats if the delivery is so bad. Itās 2024 we have options.

This is my 5th time reaching back out to corporate complaint system, since this issue was not resolved at the store level, furthermore, it was the store manager that was the focus of the complaint.
I then initiated this ticket (7322447), after 3 months the ticket has not been replied to or resolved.
I need to have the ticket escalated and to understand how and why after paying my money and ordering a pizza, A manager decided he did not want to serve me or deliver to me because I requested an ETA after waiting more than an hour??
Does Domino's have no controls or rules or minimum customer service? Are the associates allowed to become irrational and make policy based on being overworked?
I need to have my complaint reviewed and taken seriously. I received a call from the store 2 weeks ago, they assigned it to a brand new asst that did not know what to do or who the Franchise owner is, he was supposed to call back, again that was 2 weeks ago

This Domino's is the worst...my wife attempted to place an order for delivery. Employee said she couldn't hear her. Wife spoke up and employee. Said she was yelling!! And hung up on her. Wife drove to location and spoke with manager...he turned out to be just as ignorant. Sad
Made an order online, driver called and said the app gave it to the wrong store more than an hour later, annd cancelled. Looked it up and the store is only 8 minutes away. Either Keith or Sean.
