This is usually my go-to spot because it's 5 minutes from my house. Carryout is usually pretty good but tonight, I ordered for delivery. TERRIBLE IDEA!! The delivery driver James called as he was pulling into my apartment complex to let me know he was here. My bf went down to my building door so that James would not have to walk up 4 floors to get to my door. Well he pulled up, sat in his car and beeped the horn. My bf didn't even know he was the delivery driver until he yelled out his car window asking if he ordered Domino's. Clearly irritated by my bf not walking out to his car, he got out of his car and carelessly gave my bf our order (which he almost made him drop) and turned around and left. I have a broken foot, live on the top floor and have no elevator in my building. What if my bf was not there to come downstairs!?! On top of that...my food was cold despite leaving the store 5 minutes earlier which raises the question of how long was my order just sitting there!?! I never tip thru apps, but always tip generously in cash when my order is delivered. Today....that $12.00 tip (on a $40 order), went right back in my bf pocket! The food quality was very disappointing and delivery service was extremely unprofessional! This is not the first issue I've had with this delivery driver but it will definitely be the last. It appears that instead of addressing these types of issues and retraining their employees on customer service and quality, they'd rather lose customers.

We get carry out from this location a few times a month. The pizza is consistent, reasonably priced when using the online deals, and usually made quickly. The folks working there are polite too.

I placed an order on the app around 7, I arrived a little past 7:30 to pick up my order. The guys tells me they are about to placed my order in the oven, and it will take 10 to 15 minutes. I waited for almost another 30 mins for my name to be called, other people were walking in and leaving out with their orders, amd i was still waiting. I thought I heard my name and the guy says it's almost ready, the app says it's fully completed, I waited an extra 5 mins, and they finally called my name and the guy pretty much handed me my order and quickly without an apology or great service, and the food wasn't as hot and ready as it should've been. I'll just travel a further distance to another location next time.

Dominos has gone downhill fast. Their food is bad and seems to give me bad stomach aches they are probably using cheap ingredients or some sort of filler in their cheese. The management at this store is really bad. They got my order wrong and argued about how they don't make anything wrong. Instead of asking for a remake I just asked for my money back. This is the last time I eat dominos.

THIS PLACE IS UNPROFESSIONAL. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE STORE 3 TIMES AND STILL NO ANSWER. I ORDERED AT EXACTLY 6:42 IT IS CURRENTLY 8:47 AND THEY SAID IM NOT GETTING MY FOOD TILL 9:01?? WHAT! I dont usually do reviews but this place cannot be anymore trash.

Literally last experience with this place. I forgot the issues they have. But last night I was reminded. I ordered the food on the app. The wait time was long but I was okay with it. I continued to track it, showed the driver pass by my crossing street and suddenly shows that my order was delivered. It was not. I waited. Attempted to call the store none stop with no one picking up the phone. They picked up the phone once they were closed. The person said let me check on your order. Put me on hold for 15-20 minutes, then get a notification on my app my order was CANCELED and the phone bam, hung up. So no acknowledgement of this. No apology. And no order. Absolutely awful. To be specific wait time was 1.5hr.

Order was an hr late, boxes were damaged, there was a hole in the bag containing the soda as the delivery driver handed it to me which caused the soda to fall on the floor. 10/10 would not recommend.

I ordered delivery, and even with a broken foot I happily agreed to meet the driver at the front of the building, rather than him having to come upstairs. But instead, the delivery driver James, chose to sit in the car, asked me to walk to his car or rather limp, and handed me my food through his car window. His call before hand to let me know he was pulling up was alarming in tone rather than customer service oriented. To top the experience off, I open the boxes to find my chocolate lava cakes smashed in a corner and my pizza cold. I’ve called the store to get assistance from a manager, but told there is no manager on duty and will not be for a few hours. I made sure to ask if the driver was disabled before making my complaint, and was informed that they do not have a disabled driver that is required to stay in the car during deliveries. Inconvenienced by time money and the lack of customer service that I have received, not to mention the most important thing, the food.

This location has never once gotten my order items wrong, which is why I’m sad to write this. But, the treatment that I received from the cashier that was also answering phones the other night was unacceptable. Not only did he personally degrade me when it was his driver in the wrong, he used foul language multiple times toward me repeatedly. After telling the cashier that the delivery person went to a different address, the cashier threatened me and told me that next time I need to put the right address in or I would face consequences. As a business student at a local university, I understand that this type of behavior is not only unprofessional but business and reputation ending. This employee should no longer be representing this store in threatening customers.

So this isn't an indictment on the staff at all, but on the policy. I called to place an order for pickup at 10:20pm. I'm driving toward the location to pick up pizza and wings for me and my friend. An automated customer service line picked up. Long story short, the automation let's me place an order, confirms what I wanted, tells me the price, then places me on hold.After placing me hold for 2 minutes, the automated voice says, 'sorry, something went wrong with your order' and hangs up. No other explanation. By this time, I'm close by, so I pulled up and went inside to place the order.They tell me then that Domino's stops taking pick up orders at 10pm, so they won't take my order. Obviously the register is not closed out, because delivery doesn't stop until midnight. So I'm trying to figure out, why the door is open like I can come in and place an order and why did the automated phone line waste my time? So I said, 'what your telling me is, I can order for delivery while I stand here, but have to go home and wait for you to deliver it? They said yes. So I just walked out and drove to Pizza Bolis nearby.Yes, I could have ordered it for delivery, sat in my car and just intercepted the pizza when the delivery man came out to deliver to my house. But I was over the experience by then.
