The food is great, but stay away from this location!!!! Every time I order, there just happens to be an order of at least 30 pizzas that someone placed right before me. I’m not sure how that happens every time, but the app never gives you an update, so you will likely be waiting for a long time for your order. At least let people know in the app when you place an order that there is a longer than normal wait time. To avoid unnecessary headaches, just order from a different location, this one isn’t worth it.

If I could give a 0 out of 5 I would. Don’t order delivery from this store!!! ETA was 50-60 min originally. At 90 min I started calling. No one picked up and I was put straight into hold. Waited 45 min to be hung up on. Called back, waited another 30 min to be hung up on. Called back again and got a human, which I was surprised about, who asked how he could help. I explained I had been waiting for our two pizzas for over 2 hours and my starving volleyball player doesn’t even want it anymore. He said they were super busy. I said that this was ridiculous and I don’t want to be charged, to which the man on the phone said, “I will cancel the order, but we don’t appreciate the attitude.” And he hung up on me!!! Never ever ordering Dominoes in DC again!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!

This Dominos does it right! I have ordered from this location over the past few years. They are a bit further away from my house than other locations, but it's so worth it. My wife and I like to customize our pizzas and have special instructions. Many other locations ignore these instructions/customizations. This place always does it right the 1st time. Service is pretty great too. The employees are always busy but take the time to greet me and collect my order quickly. Make the trip, you won't be disappointed

This location has seriously improved from last time I ordered. Did one order last year and it took 3 hours for food to arrive cold and gross. Took a risk ordering again today (on the Super Bowl) expecting it to take another 3 hours. My order got delivered hot in less than 30 min and looks great. I had to leave a review because it's just such an improvement from last time, had to shout out Edwin for cooking it and James for delivering.

I ordered two medium pizzas and two orders of wings. The wings weren't tossed in the buffalo or honey bbq sauce just a little sauce drizzled on top along with both pizzas were burnt on one side.
This location is top tier horrible it's no way I placed a order at 6:30 pm and it don't arrive until 9:30pm customer service rude at this point we gottah get these lazy workers out the more complaints the quicker we can get these rude folks out

Wow, just wow. Shockingly bad and no accountability. Didn't feel like cooking or dealing with going out to a restaurant, so ordered pizza delivery. Simple solution right? WRONG. Not at the Domino's Navy Yard location. Tracker says that Pizza is delivered (which was odd, because usually I get notifications on the status) went downstairs to pick up deliver-counter to instructions left with order, No pizza. Called store-oh the tracker is down, and we lost track of our drivers. Will be there in 5 mins. Ok......Driver comes, ignores delivery instructions, so had to go outside to meet the driver. Driver delivered the WRONG PIZZA. Called Store again, could not get through. The stores have caller ID, so it could have been deliberate. Driver "realizes" mistake and calls about 6 mins later that he delivered the wrong pizza. We are forced to go outside to accomodate him (it's freezing out, hence why delivery was chosen in the first place)....and the Pizza is ice cold, not in a warmer, no receipt. Extremely dissapointing. No real apology. Call Store Manager Edwin AGAIN, basically he shrugs it off and says "what do you want me to do?" How about try to make it right Edwin? The whole point of customer service is to deliver a product and make me it easier on the customer than cooking at home. This store is a nightmare, save your money and your blood pressure and AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Good grief.

Sunday afternoon I placed an order for delivery and got the wrong order so I called the store and asked to speak with a manager because the guy who took my call was super rude and he said he was the manager and i explained him the situation and just said to me it was my fault for not checking the food at the moment when the driver gave it to me. While I was asking for a solution he just said have a good day and finished the call. I want to believe he was not the manager and had those manners to the customers.
