Driver failed to deliver my order. Called and called, finally got through to someone and was hung up on. Was advised they couldn’t deliver to my actual apartment because they were busy. No one advised me of this until last minute so it took me a bit to go downstairs. Driver was no where to be found yet order was delivered. Ridiculous!

I’ve ordered from this location before without issues, but this last experience was completely unacceptable. I placed an order through the official Domino’s app and paid via Apple Pay — the order was confirmed and marked as paid, with a promised delivery time of 20 minutes.
After 1.5 hours, still no food. I called twice, and the driver claimed they had tried to reach me, but I never received any calls or messages. My building’s front desk mentioned someone came by but refused to drop off the food, which seemed strange.
Eventually, I was informed that the driver had returned — demanding payment in cash or via Zelle, despite my order being clearly marked as paid through Apple Pay. This was clearly a scam attempt. I refused to pay again, never received my food, and my money was never refunded.
Unbelievable. Zero stars. I won’t be ordering from Domino’s again — stay far away from this location.

Awful service. Waited 2 hours, calling consistently after 1...couldn't get through to them, finally got through. They said my order had an issue and they tried to contact me. I had my phone the whole time no calls no messages. Finally got through they said they'd send it right out. 40 minutes later still sitting here with no pizza. But it's okay because they just emailed me a coupon saying I get 20% off one menu item for my NEXT order.
Edit: driver's car broke down. They were nice and apologetic, but someone still should have called.

Everything was minimal.. barely no cheese! Paid extra for green bell peppers, onions & bacon again barely anything on my pizza. Barely any sauce and the chunks of veggies needs to be finely chopped. No love a robot could have done better. Trader Joe’s box pizza is 5x better. I spent $35 on Uber eats ordering this cold frozen like “pizza”
I never got my order. I waited on the phone 15 minutes listening to marketing garbage and not a live person. I’m out money and left to sit at work starving all night!!! Such a dish experience.

Horrible experience. If I could rate zero stars I would. The delivery driver got lost, became rude and aggressive, and ignored my request to cancel the order. He kept calling me afterward and even called back the next day just to argue. Can’t imagine that it’s safe for a delivery driver to still have access to your number and location after delivery is over. The store was no help and gave me the runaround when I asked about a refund. Still waiting on my refund. Extremely unprofessional—I won’t be ordering from this location again.
