I ordered a pizza from them 2 weeks ago and the order had to be canceled because the driver wasn't able to deliver it. I was told that I would get a refund but I have yet to get me refund and I can never speak to the manager to get this rectified.

I order a habanero chicken sandwich. The bread was broken up and only half of the sandwich was filled. I also ordered two medium pizzas. Although my place is less than 10 minutes away, the pizza was not fresh. When a pizza is freshly made you will still see the oil on the crust. The pizza was dry. The hand tossed bread was so flat and dry. What happened to the crust rising? They hardly put any meat on the pizza and it was dry. The second pizza, the thin crust, was also dry . I had to put oil on a cookie sheet, place the pizza on it and put oil on top of the pizza in order to eat it. Raoule and Imron made my order. Thanks to the driver Rita, who was a blessing. She went above and beyond to take my food back. And even though she wasn't the food maker, she made sure they made it right. As a driver she was patient and understanding. She turned an awful experience around. Oh yes I don't know the new people Dominos has now, but the service was 100% better last year.

They won't answer the phone just let it ring and when you walk into the establishment they don't acknowledge you and leave you standing at the window for a minute. I got the stuffed bread it's so dry and empty nothing but bread

The worst experience I’ve had at dominos. I’m waiting at the front to be helped for like 5mins. One guy makes eye contact and proceeds to refill chocolate bottle and started refilling something else. Then two mins later another guy looks and me and I throw my hands up like help and he walks to the freezer then two mins later a guy came to help. This is just unacceptable and unprofessional like

I like Dominoes but today ordering from this location. I could’ve did much better by going in and picking up the order. I will definitely do that next time at another location. My Delivery took 45 minutes to get here and I’m not that far away from the location. Of course my food was cold when it got here I had to warm it up. I ordered the ultimate pepperoni pizza and the eight piece honey barbecue wings. Food was good. I don’t think I’ll be placing an order from this location ever again very dissatisfied.
I paid a nearly $6 delivery fee for my food. I expect it to be delivered to my door. I put my unit number down every time and check mark the box to deliver to my door. Every time I have ordered from this store, it is sent to the front desk. This is unacceptable and pure laziness. Other fast food places deliver to my door and so can you for a delivery fee like that. Not to mention my garlic sauce was tossed in with the pizza, which is incredibly unsanitary.

Driver failed to deliver my order. Called and called, finally got through to someone and was hung up on. Was advised they couldn’t deliver to my actual apartment because they were busy. No one advised me of this until last minute so it took me a bit to go downstairs. Driver was no where to be found yet order was delivered. Ridiculous!
