Waited for 2 1/2 hours for my pizza to be delivered. This is over 1 hr and 30 minutes to be dropped off. This is not acceptable. No apology was provided either.

No delivery after 2 ½ hours. Then tried to deliver and complained I wanted a refund. Also this location never answered the phone after 5 calls. Worst service ever from any delivery place in 22 years of living in DC. Will never order from them again. Never.

First my order was late by 20 minutes. 35 min promise with an 1hr + delivery.

Second, delivery driver gave my food to other customers. Manager wasn’t very helpful. No refund or compensation. They wanted me to trade food with the others, which seems like a health code violation. No offer to remake.

Food was very cold when I arrived to my place.

Very unsatisfactory service and execution.

I was babysitting, and decided to order pizza for dinner with the money(card) I was left for the kids. Before the delivery driver dropped off the food he called just to ask me if I was leaving/giving him a tip. I informed him I was babysitting and this wasn't my money(card) to spend extra, he said ok and hung up. I was planning to give him cash from my own pocket but I felt that was very rude and distasteful. Once I got the food I was hesitant to eat and serve it to the kids because his attitude was awful and off-putting and I don't know if he could have did something to it out of spite.

Wrong order was delivered. When I called, they apologized and fixed my order. The pizza is always very consistent and an easy option on a busy day.

Ordered this evening, before 7PM, a few items. Even though this location is less than a half mile from our place, it took over an hour for the food to arrive! I understand if orders are backed up causing a delay, but there needs to be communication to give a heads up. Eventually the driver called to give an updated ETA, but even that was off, causing us to wait almost an additional half hour on top of the hour wait. Luckily our order was right, but was lukewarm upon receiving the items. Kind of disappointing experience sadly.
