Ordered online tonight, food never arrived and I've been on hold for 20 minutes trying to figure out where my food is or even if I can get a refund. This is unacceptable.

I have been waiting for over an hour and I live 10 minutes away from this Dominoes. I have watched this driver on my tracker go everywhere else except to my place. This has been the worst experience from any dominoes orders I have ever placed. I have placed many. After today. Dominoes will not be my go to anymore.

I’ve been a loyal Domino’s customer for years, often ordering every week but after tonight, I’m completely disgusted.
I placed a delivery order and was on the phone with the driver, Abdur, who confirmed my address and was clearly parked right outside my building (I saw him on the tracker). While we’re on the phone, he asks if I want to leave a tip. I said sure, and he asked if I wanted to charge it. I told him I had cash.
I sent my daughter down with the cash tip, but suddenly, he’s nowhere to be found. I check the tracker again, and now his car is all the way down the street. I call him back, and he tells me he’s “pulling up.” Fine. But then he actually asks me, “Does your daughter have the cash?” Excuse me? That felt incredibly rude and unprofessional. I shouldn’t be interrogated about a tip.
What makes it worse is that just three days ago, I had also tipped in cash and he left before I could give it to him. But this time, he made it awkward and uncomfortable by pressuring me for a tip directly.
As someone who has supported this location regularly, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth, worse than cold pizza. Shame on Abdur and shame on Domino’s for allowing that kind of behavior from their driver. Then he sends a text trying to be funny and sarcastic.

Been coming here for almost 10yrs. My main man Carlos Slim hooks me up everytime! He's the man! His pizzas are bomb! Great customer service too!

Let’s do better. How do I order a garlic cheesy crust pizza and just get plain cheesy crust? I’m paying extra for the garlic, I expect to receive it with my order thank you. Lazy staff!

Waited for 2 1/2 hours for my pizza to be delivered. This is over 1 hr and 30 minutes to be dropped off. This is not acceptable. No apology was provided either.

At least a 25-30min wait for just a takeout order. Over 15 minutes just in “prep”. Wouldn’t recommend
