Had a missing item. The store did not give a refund. They would not answer the phone when we called to complain. Poor management. Poor customer service.

Ordered this evening, before 7PM, a few items. Even though this location is less than a half mile from our place, it took over an hour for the food to arrive! I understand if orders are backed up causing a delay, but there needs to be communication to give a heads up. Eventually the driver called to give an updated ETA, but even that was off, causing us to wait almost an additional half hour on top of the hour wait. Luckily our order was right, but was lukewarm upon receiving the items. Kind of disappointing experience sadly.

We order pizazz pretty frequently from our work. And this Domino's Pizza store never disappointed us. Every single time, we got it perfectly. Top of that delivery guys are very friendly and nice. Just ordered a few minutes ago and thought that we should write this at least once when this store always served us well. Thank you.

Pizza did not come as I ordered online. It came with different toppings despite me ordering it a certain way. It would have been a computer error because my receipt and app said it was not what I ordered.

We have given this place a lot of chances and after today will not be giving this location any more business.We arrived to pick up our pizza at the stated time and it had not even been put in the oven. The manager is rude and the staff is always yelling at one another. We left with no pizza and hungry kids because they asked us to wait another 45 mins! No thanks!

The worse customer service EVER. They will always get your order wrong. And dont even bother calling the store they’ll just hang right up on you. DONT BUY PIZZA HERE

I've never had an issue with this Domino's, though I see a lot of negative reviews regarding delivery. I typically order carryout and have great service and pizzas cooked as expected. If you're ever looking for a killer combo, the garlic parmesan sauce with cheese, spinach, and feta is killer (for $5.99 no less)! I'm giving 5 stars because of the consistent performance and service.

Requested delivery online but was told unavailable. Used online portal to describe how wanted toppings distributed, but the toppings were wrong. Pricing not competitive with local options given its lower quality. Buffalo chicken wings were soggy and meatless.

Absolutely despicable staff, left me on hold for 10 mins twice and hung up on me twice. I hope the owner of this location gets to see this awful reviews about his business and fire these rude employees. I will never order another meal from this location and neither will any of my friends or colleagues

I just went in about an hour and a half ago and I am too upset by the way I was treated, not as a customer but an actual human being to describe what just happened to me. I can tell from the past reviews here that nobody is going to do anything. But I’m posting this as a sort of time stamp and placeholder, they would not give me any sort of receipt for my purchase or my refund and when I insisted, the “manager” handed me this non-descript piece of paper and said they couldn’t print me anything else “from the same day” actually detailing either transactions. which is weird because I’ve never had to wait a day for a receipt when I make purchases elsewhere. I was especially uncomfortable with this not only because of how they treated me, but because they ran my card behind the register and asked for my billing zip code. I assumed the reader wasn’t working so I didn’t question it but now, after everything I can’t help but wonder if they are going to try to do something else because their behavior was so bizarre and aggressive well beyond a simple “grumpy employee” explanation.
