Would love to rate the food but we ordered an hour and half ago via the app and the pizza has been stuck in ā€œquality checkā€ for the last hour so we haven’t received it and don’t expect to. We’ve called three times and each time they hung up on us! The last time we even told the woman who picked up not to hang up and she hung up anyway! Get it together.

Bad delivery driver! Poor attitude and a tip was added so delivery could be giving at door . No call once arrived and attitude when I showed where it was prompted to dial access on key pad . If I didn’t come out in time driver was giving my food to another person .

I placed my delivery through uber eats and took the time to provide clear delivery instructions, thinking it would help ensure a smooth experience. Instead, the dominos driver outrightly told me he wouldn’t follow my instructions because he had too many orders. Seriously? That’s not just rude; it’s completely unprofessional!

After that frustrating encounter, I called the store hoping to resolve the issue. But instead of getting any support, the manager actually reinforced the driver’s dismissive attitude and told me to contact Uber for a refund. This is beyond frustrating! This whole experience has been incredibly disappointing considering I provided a tip before the order was delivered expecting much better service. I expect a real response to this situation!

I’ve ordered Alfredo pasta from here a couple of times and every time I do they barely put any pasta in the bowl. They only fill up half of the bowl. I’ve complained before and they gave me another one, but this time when I’m trying to file another complaint they aren’t picking up no matter how many times I call them. If you decide to order pasta please don’t bother to order here.

Ignored me when I stood in front of the register for 10 minutes. Repeatedly had to say excuse me can I get my food for them to finally come over and tell me they made the wrong wings. Waited another 15 minutes for an order I placed 25 minutes ago.
