Stopped in here prior to a wedding. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Drink selection seemed good. Didn't have a chance to eat, but what we saw come out looked good. Prices were certainly fair, especially given that it's in DC. The space is nice and clean. Definitely recommended for a casual drink or Happy Hour.

Found Duffy's for an afternoon drink and wings/snacks. The tavern on H street is a friendly neighborhood dive bar with great wings and surprisingly rich and decadent mac and cheese. We split winds and indulging in my affinity for spice I got the hottest wings available- the Irish inferno. They had a respectable kick. The beer was cold and the service quick and friendly. Mounted televisions displayed the various Olympic and baseball Saturday sporting events that blended int the background of a lazy hazy hot summer dc day. If I lived on H street, I would certainly make return trips to duffys!

I’ve never had better mozzarella sticks- hands down! They are a more generous portion than any others I’ve ever had, the seasoning is delicious and texture is amazing! Unforgettable really....I especially enjoyed the fried cod sandwich, with a squirt of lemon!!
Great food at a reasonable price! The only thing was that service was pretty impersonal. Got the wings at medium spice and they were hot but not overpowering (perfect for me). Wife got the veggie quesadilla and it was really good! Overall, would recommend.

If you are looking for a relaxed bar with good beer, good food, and a great bartender, GO HERE!! Bartender was great conversation and super down to earth. The wings are AMAZING and deserve the award for "best wings in DC for 7 years". They even bottle and sell their hot sauce, it's that good. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to just chill and drink.

Such a weird experience. no sign, no door man, a weird customer experience (staring at our entire party but saying nothing about the situation) sat at a table that had a tiny "reserved" sign, and we walked ourselves out after feeling uncomfortable. very confused about the set-up of this establishment
