3 of us ordered the all you can eat and we were not disappointed! Our food was top notch! We ordered a bunch of the sides again and again! The spicy wonton were probably my favorite. Our waitress was patient and sweet! Thank you so much! Woot!

Go here if you want mala spice. They do NOT skimp on the sichuan peppercorns. Copycat wasn’t quite authentic enough, so I’m glad this place popped up.

Terrible food… we all got sick after eating here. You can tell how cheaply made their food is. Dim-sum menus are all microwaved frozen food that are soggy and flavorless. I ordered Taiwanese pork rice bowl and they gave me something else lol it was so greasy and I had stomachache for two days after this meal.

Food was pretty good. The scallion pancakes were delicious and the beef hotpot was also very good. The portion of hotpot was huge! One person definitely cannot eat this much food. Also, even the minimally spicy option is very spicy.

Overpriced. The hotpot was mainly veggie. I only got 3 pieces of shrimp with my seafood hotpot. It was not that good. Service was meh. You place your order through a tablet and they charge for to-go containers

Absolutely delicious. Chairman’s pork is a must. The soup dumplings and bbq pork bao are amazing as well. I will definitely make it a point to come here next time I’m in town.

For DC standards, this is a pretty good Chinese spot. We were so hungry, we forgot to take a picture of the food.

Don’t expect tailored service since you order everything from a tablet and food is brought out from kitchen staff.

For $75 worth of food between my fiancé and I, it wasn’t horrible. Definitely recommend the popular dish, Chairman Pork! It was very flavorful (on the sweet side). Rice and entree portion ratio is off. Either less entree or more rice. Also recommend ordering the soup dumplings!! Probably the best soup dumpling flavor I’ve had in DC.

(Dishes I probably wouldn’t order again are the spicy pork wontons and the rice noodles in spicy vinegar)

Overpriced for small portions of the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. Bathrooms were locked. Service was through an iPad and very minimal.

Admittedly I’m inflating my rating because it’s hard to find good, not overly Western fusion-ed, Asian food in DC. I wouldn’t (and can’t) go anywhere else for dry pot and veg mapo tofu. Didn’t care for the dumplings I’ve tried so far but I will definitely continue working my way through the menu. I very much appreciate that this place exists on H St!

Food is tasty and they use good quality ingredients. The mapo tofu, pot stickers and dumplings in particular are delicious. It’s a casual spot that I’m glad we have in the neighborhood. My one complaint is the music is often too loud- so we get our meal to go from time to time to avoid it.

Best Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings) in the area!! They're made in-house, and are a perfect blend of not-too-thick wrapper, and flavorful filling. Any time I go, I always get at least an order! Other dishes that are in my rotation include the hot pot, cumin beef, and stir-fried cabbage. I also love their Hong Kong milk tea, which I rarely see on menus!

I was looking forward to hot pot and Chinese food. I did not realize H Street had a hot pot restaurant. My wife and I were the only patrons in the dining room. A Miley Cyrus song must have been on repeat since the same song played for 45 minutes until I notified the owner. He did find a new song but it was a song from the Police that played repeatedly for another 45 minutes. It took over 35 minutes to get our food, which was ok. A 20% service fee is automatically added to the order. Service was poor. I was never asked for a drink refill or if our food was good. I was never asked if we wanted dessert. Everyone in the kitchen was busy on their phones.
I don't recommend it!
