It's getting ridiculous you buy food and you spend your money with these organizations and they show you they don't appreciate your business. Now today I bought a bagel with egg and cheese and bacon, tater tots and a coffee. I asked for two jellies for my bagel you know in the pack of jelly you don't get much they told me I can only get one or pay $0.75 for another one just ridiculous

Asked for the Carmel cream frozen coffee. An item Dunkin has had for months now, and they gave me a coffee with only coffee syrup. Old, dumb, and done ladies not knowing how to do basic coffee. Embarrassing
For a small place I think they do a great job. Location seems weird but they have all the food options there. Good cold brew and sandwiches haha.

Ordered my food through Uber eats. Ordered munchkins they replaced it with two none flavored stale doughnuts! My frozen coffee is terrible. I usually do Starbucks but because I wanted my munchkins so bad I gave it a go. Very disappointed.

I no longer live near this Dunkin. It was great. Given the morning rush with a constant flow all day, the staff is courteous and processes orders in a timely manner.
