i advise you all to stop eating and drinking here the store is filled with roaches and RATS. don’t anyone properly clean and roaches be inside of the coffee pots so when it’s served it leave roaches in people drinks

It’s currently 7:32am on 9/11/25. About 15-20 minutes ago, I was waiting with a couple people to order coffee, waiting to board our trains. The workers were slow to open (they opened at 7:11, making us wait longer). The cost for a large coffee here is absurd, at $4.29 (without tax)
, but that’s not why I’m upset.
I asked one of the three workers there for a coffee cup to act as a coffee sleeve, because they handed me a scalding hot cup. The guy working at the cashier told me that I needed to pay for another cup… another cup? He told me that it’s company policy.. is that Dunkin’s policy? If so, please take this up with corporate because their attitude to this simple request was god awful. They did not want to give me a cup or a sleeve to protect my hand. This is ridiculous. Do yourself a favor, don’t come here and just go to the Starbucks upstairs.

I don't really care too much about advertisements or methods of their deployment... however that complacency carries over to the physical business locations in this case. They also don't open early enough compared to other options.

I have had very bad experiences at this place and today was the worst. The guy gave me coffee with too much sugar and I told him to please change it and he ignored me. They are very rude. Two dark-skinned guys today and it is always the same. When you go to buy something, they are not doing anything and they get upset. I recommend the Starbucks that is on that same level in the other aisle.

The girl behind the counter was so so rude. She needs to watch who she’s talking to especially in customer service. Idk how she still is employed here after every bad review being about her. I won’t be coming back either just like everyone else has said.

Avoid - Terrible service.
Awful service all around. The person at the counter was unhelpful and seemed irritated, while employees were actually shouting and arguing with each other while we were trying to order.
The menu screen was tiny and positioned so far away it was impossible to read. To make matters worse, prices were noticeably higher than other food options in the train station.
Very unprofessional atmosphere - would not recommend this location.
What's wrong with this store? The woman in the counter was yelling at somebody, not sure if it's to her co-worker or to a customer? We ordered iced coffee, she said they don't have iced coffee. But there was an iced coffee for another customer. I told her if she's not feeling good, go home. She's a mess. When she left and was replaced by another person, things got quiet. Will not go to this dirty store!!

Pfff they had this morning not the possibility to be friendly or kind.
I put the money i had to pay at the counter and he waved 2 times to put it in his hand., the guy and girl were laughing at us , all the way from The Netherlands this was a really bad experiance with Dunkin Donuts, not good, we were very disappointed

Terrible customer service! Some folks working there have some of the most miserable attitudes towards customers. If they don't like working there, then they should leave rather than sulking in front of customers. Corporate should really look into it. It's as bad as it gets.
