The girl behind the counter was so so rude. She needs to watch who she’s talking to especially in customer service. Idk how she still is employed here after every bad review being about her. I won’t be coming back either just like everyone else has said.

Avoid - Terrible service.

Awful service all around. The person at the counter was unhelpful and seemed irritated, while employees were actually shouting and arguing with each other while we were trying to order.

The menu screen was tiny and positioned so far away it was impossible to read. To make matters worse, prices were noticeably higher than other food options in the train station.

Very unprofessional atmosphere - would not recommend this location.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

What's wrong with this store? The woman in the counter was yelling at somebody, not sure if it's to her co-worker or to a customer? We ordered iced coffee, she said they don't have iced coffee. But there was an iced coffee for another customer. I told her if she's not feeling good, go home. She's a mess. When she left and was replaced by another person, things got quiet. Will not go to this dirty store!!

Pfff they had this morning not the possibility to be friendly or kind.
I put the money i had to pay at the counter and he waved 2 times to put it in his hand., the guy and girl were laughing at us , all the way from The Netherlands this was a really bad experiance with Dunkin Donuts, not good, we were very disappointed

Terrible customer service! Some folks working there have some of the most miserable attitudes towards customers. If they don't like working there, then they should leave rather than sulking in front of customers. Corporate should really look into it. It's as bad as it gets.

OSHA/ HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEED TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!!!!!!!!
Disgusting and unsafe. I saw mice eating the same donuts being sold to customers. Told the staff—they didn’t seem surprised and did nothing. Donuts were still out minutes later, about to be served. I inform the ones that i seen in the line but this is a SERIOUS health risk. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Avoid this place!!!!! THOSE MAY NOT BE SPRINKLES.........

The people were a little weird, I asked for an “iced green tea matcha” they couldn’t figure out what that was so I showed them a picture and they said “Ohh Matcha” then they said “ Next time just say Matcha, you don’t need to say green tea” my issue was they knew what I wanted but decided to make a fuss about it. I had sent someone else earlier to get the same order and they made a green tea but they had the audacity to tell me that there was a guy before me who was asking for the same thing. This all means that they knew what he wanted but gave him something else intentionally!!! That’s so weird??? What happened to trying to understand your customers? Please come from all over the place with different terminologies.

Store hours are wrong. They are not open at 8 on Saturdays. I was told they would be open in maybe half an hour later.

If you say you open at 7am, that means lights should be on, machines should be running, product should be ready to sell at 7:01. Not 7:05 or later.

The lady with red hair is the best 👌 👍
