If you say you open at 7am, that means lights should be on, machines should be running, product should be ready to sell at 7:01. Not 7:05 or later.

The absolute worst Dunkin Doughnuts nothing is Ever working it’s literally just taking up space

I came here this past weekend and to be specific, the younger black lady seemed very pleasant and attentive. However, the older one with the red hair was extremely rude. How do you talk to a customer like "what do you want" when they are simply inquiring about their coffee seeming watery. I would not recommend anyone come here, I see others also complain about rude customer service.

This is the only Dunkin that I have issues with. They claim I have to sis finically ask for the black peppercorn syrup on the snackin bacon but every other Dunkin I’ve been to does it automatically. And then when I do ask, they do t have any. The employees are rude and have an attitude every time I go and service is horrible slow.

The cashiers were nice. They got half of the orders wrong and had to be reminded of orders they missed. Would recommend Chick-fil-A instead.

7/21/2024 older woman there is rude. She didn’t ask me hot or iced and gave me an iced drink. I told her I’d like it hot and she just rudely told me I said iced and shrugged away. Also the register is stupid, it seems like it makes you tip. I get you hate your life working for Dunkin but at least don’t ruin other people’s day with your bitterness.

Cashier was kind, but I was COMPLETELY ignored when verifying an order was mine. (no receipt on drink). Bro deliberately looked the other direction when I held the drink up to ask what it was.
It's either tourists or white people they don't like...probably both.
People working in the city are either extremely polite or extremely rude.
