On 11/14/2025 in the morning I ordered $6 meal deal and bagel bites. The young man ordered bacon egg omelette bites instead . I then went back to the register to get the difference of the order but the manager wanted to give me something free instead I told her that I’d rather have the difference. So they end up refunding me then charging me for the bites all they could have done was just refund the difference but they proceeded to charge with nothing on my card. I then sat down and they tried to take the food from me so I had to explain to a young lady who spoke English the situation and she understood. Overall I just lost appetite about the whole situation .. very disappointed at my experience here and this was my first time considering it’s close to my house.

This is by far the WORST Dunkin' Donuts I've been to. Every time I go, my order is done wrong, and when I express the errors attitude is giving. My food has been given to me COLD twice, all because I asked them not to give me a hard tortilla like they always do!

Starting off the counter guy thought it was appropriate to educate me on the proper way to order a Dunkin coffee. No snacking bacon.

The housing challenged individual did not make things any better. Still can’t for the life of me understand why the employees did not just give him a small coffee to send him on his way.

I guess it would cost the Dunkin corp billions a year to give the paying folks a better atmosphere.

Since under capitalism we have to pay to piss it would be nice to actually have bathrooms. Don’t order ahead from this place expecting this restaurant to have a basic function of restaurants or eateries. Dunkin hates homeless people more than they like their customers

Dunkin’s App is wonderful, for us budget conscious patrons! I was able to purchase their glazed blueberry munchkins for $2 , in the app, until 5/15!
The munchkins were fresh and very tasty!
Cheers to Dunkin’s!

Bad coffee, food, service and atmosphere, every single time. Right next to my office but pretty much done trying.

I ordered a coffee through DoorDash, and it's the second time they've made my coffee wrong. The first time they didn't send me a straw, and the second time I asked for it with little ice and an extra butter pecan swirl. They gave me too much ice and didn't give me the extra swirl, and I paid for that. Terrible service

Terrible Service & Food Safety Concerns

I had an awful experience at this Dunkin’ (175 N Street NE Metro) on March 21st, 2025. I ordered a turkey sausage sandwich, clearly specifying it three times, yet was given pork. When I explained that I have a pork allergy, the staff ignored my concern, simply removed the pork and replaced it with turkey—which is unsafe.

Instead of apologizing, multiple employees were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. One even claimed I “couldn’t be allergic to pork” and that “everything touches”—a serious food safety issue. They then spoke in Spanish in front of me and gave me attitude for requesting a refund.

This location clearly does not care about food allergies or customer service. If you have dietary restrictions, avoid this place!

Ordered from here via Grubhub. Took forever for the order to be picked up (which I can't blame DD) and when it was delivered, one of the hot drinks was spilled a fair bit, which I feel should be blamed at the packaging or the delivery partner.

The tall white woman with a neck tattoo who works in the mornings has consistently shown a poor attitude. At first, I thought she might just be having a bad day, but it turns out she’s always angry and unapproachable whenever I visit. One time, she got upset with me for touching an online order, but it was an honest mistake because the setup was confusing. There were bags on the counter and a separate counter for mobile orders, and I thought my order was ready, so I checked. Instead of politely clarifying, she got aggressive and told me not to touch other people’s food.

Her demeanor is constantly hostile, with a mean expression, as if she’s dealing with personal issues and taking it out on customers. I genuinely tried to be nice, but her attitude made it impossible. She comes across as someone who’s ready to snap at any moment. Additionally, the Ethiopian man at the front desk speaks to customers in a condescending way, which adds to the unpleasant experience.

I used to visit this location frequently because I work nearby, but I’ve stopped going altogether. I now order ahead from another location in my area. This store no longer deserves my business, and I won’t be returning. :)

This Dublin Donuts is solid. It’s never busy, so you get your coffee and donuts quick. Everything’s consistent, same taste every time, which is nice. The place is clean, and the staff gets the job done. Not fancy, but good for a quick stop when you’re in the mood for something simple and easy.

As expected. Nothing special but still an above-average Dunkin’.
Wouldn’t not recommend.
