Waited 20 minutes while they ran around messing with the recipe machine and in that 20 minutes they made two ice coffees. There were 3 other ppl waiting and I didn’t even get to place my order in yet. I had to leave.
I didn’t expect to spend almost half an hour to place an order during the slow time of the day smh

Dunks is really hit or miss but this is a good one. Coffees always made right, donuts are never stale and mobile orders are always correct, plus the staff are really nice.

I found it very odd and lack of customer service to not provide a restroom for customers, I went in, purchased an item and was refused the restroom. I asked even for customers and the cashier told me yes and repeated they don’t have a restroom. They obviously have one because, they have to have access to one for themselves. I will never go back to this establishment!

As a frequent visitor, this place deserves a much higher rating than it has. Service is always extremely friendly. Mobile orders are ready as expected and accurate. Coffees are always made particularly well (especially relative to other Dunkins). Staff is courteous and helpful about substituting donuts if I mobile order something that isn't available.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed they didn't read. Im at children's hospital and I ordered a latte with butter pecan and they used Pumpkin I hate pumpkin syrup. It was a Uber order so I couldn't even return it. Bad enough my child is in the hospital and they ruined my latte with pumpkin syrup. Very upset
