It is not a place open to the public 100% before buying, check that the library is open, because it may be open but they will not let you in to pick up your order.

If you’re looking for a Dunkin Donuts/Subway combo in an underground tunnel attached to the Library of Congress this is the place

It’s in a government building and is not open to the public in the morning. I made my order in the app and couldn’t get it.

Had a great cup of coffee and donut before hitting the sights.

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The workers are always unpleasant and never helpful. The entire staff should be replaced.

This Dunkin sucks. Period. They ignored me for 30 minutes, came over and asked what I wanted, then left for 15 more minutes without ever taking my order. Horrible service.

I work in the building and have been going there since it opened. Staff is usually efficient though I’m often waiting for my mobile order (I get a sandwich and munchkins usually and regularly have to wait for the munchkins). Major drawback is the hot chocolate machine is perpetually broken. As a non-coffee drinker, I miss out on the free beverage perks because it’s out of service.
