I work in the building and have been going there since it opened. Staff is usually efficient though I’m often waiting for my mobile order (I get a sandwich and munchkins usually and regularly have to wait for the munchkins). Major drawback is the hot chocolate machine is perpetually broken. As a non-coffee drinker, I miss out on the free beverage perks because it’s out of service.

It's OK. Sometimes they're a little slow and get confused with the orders. Maybe they should drink some coffee too. It may help. Other than, they're pretty friendly.The app sucks though!
