Some men in suits told me to eat outside. I was unpleasantly surprised and had to eat my food on the curb.

I came for the rumored Pentagon-shaped bagel. Got lost, accidentally joined a military briefing, and somehow found the Dunkin’. Bought the bagel for $6.66 (suspicious). Took one photo—alarms went off.
Cue me sprinting through the halls with five guards chasing me, yelling, “Drop the bagel!” I threw it as a diversion. It hit a guard in the face (Probably created a new supervillain). Escaped out a side door covered in cream cheese and shame.
Bagel rating? 0/10, didn’t even taste it. Experience? 10/10, but I’m probably banned from federal buildings. Would not recommend.

I ordered a medium coffee with 2 creams, 1 sugar, and 2 pumps of vanilla on the mobile app. I arrived 10 min later to the store and my drink was not ready. So, I waited patiently until the the staff tended to the last customer in line. A few minutes passed and still no drink. I noticed the staff (2 gentlemen) began to laugh and clown around without making the next drink. I went up to the counter and asked if my drink was ready. They asked what it was and I told them I ordered on the mobile app. They found the ticket to my drink and proceeded to make my drink in a hurry. I left, went back to my office, and took a sip of my coffee. The coffee was not what I ordered as it had no flavor. I went back to the store and waited in line to let them know that the drink was not made correctly. After a few customers, it was my turn and proceeded to tell them of the situation. They took my drink back without an apology or concern. I then had to wait a few more minutes until they corrected my drink while they juggled other orders. I tasted my drink before leaving and it was overwhelming with the vanilla taste. I didn't want to deal with getting another coffee, so I left.
This could have possibly been avoided if the 2 men weren't pushing each other around, putting sticker orders on one another, and taking phone calls and joking about it. It seemed like 2 children at a playground with no supervision. I doubt I will return.

pretty intense vibe with all the security. Service bad considering I got kicked out after sneaking over and leaving my tour guided group. Food was about as normal as you’d expect. Price was outrageous. 1000 dollars for a maple frosted donut.

The system was down, so you had to download the app. We got the basic glazed donuts. They were stale. We ordered 2 cold drinks, one was made way too sweet, and the other didn't have any flavor. We had one remade, and it was OK. The donuts selection was small. We ere there around 11 am on a Saturday. I definitely won't be back.
