So I've been to this specific location a few times and each interaction has not been delightful but not personable either. The cashier is an older lady who is really sweet and tries her best even with all of the busyness and chaos from the employees scrambling behind her. However today’s interaction with the staff was terrible. I ordered a refresher today and I know exactly what to get and what not to get in my drink, and even though I explained it at the time of ordering it still was not right when I got it. I politely went back to the cashier to reorder or at least get the drink fixed but was met with complete displeasure. There’s a guy that works there that wears makeup and a skin tight Dunkin shirt. He completely ignored me only asking to add something to the drink, so he started yelling and getting smart. He snatched my drink out of my hand and smacked his teeth. I ordered food but instead of my food being placed in a bag it was sat on the pickup rack in a box. This location has absolutely no structure, the employees are rambling behind one another, they yell and confuse orders majority of the time. My advice is if you have extra time to spare, find another Dunkin and take the walk. The service you’ll receive here is not worth the hassle or ruining of your morning. The staff needs to do better.

I was happy to find this Duncan, because most local places don't make machiatto with 2+ shots of espresso.
Many of the shops were spotty at best with coffee. It was nice to find a coffee shop with consistency. (Don't get me wrong, I LOVE small coffee shops, but I couldn't find one I like in DC specifically)
It was in walking distance to the Westin hotel which was another big plus.

They stole my money! App says store is open and placed a mobile order, showed up to locked doors and rude employees shooing a crowd of customers away

The $6 Meal is a really good deal, offering a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, coffee, and hash browns. Add a double chocolate donut for $1.99 and you have a great bargain meal for under $10. Conveniently located near the Farragut West and Farragut North Metros.
