They don’t care what they serve or about the Costomer. Just doing the job. Beverage was good but not hot; instead of making it right second time; the beverage was subpar and neither hot. Did not give refund though drink was returned.

MICE MICE MICE MICE.... Spent approximately 15 minutes slowly eating when I first noticed something small and black fly across into the area they make the food. Couple minutes later notice another and another and then one dart out from behind the trash can and into the prep area. Food was okay but if a place has mice running around without a care makes me wonder what else might be going on.

Iced coffee (hazelnut) was perfect for today’s trip. Friendly clerk at counter. Convenient and not too pricey for an airport kiosk.

To ladies serving were not friendly at all. I asked for a child drink. She said only bottles. No Pepsi in cooler. So she gave me a warm bottle. I asked her for some ice. She gave me a cup of ice and charged me for hot water???? Donuts were old. Dining room was dirty. All takes were sticky. Then while we were eating or donuts one of the ladies came out to sweep. She proceeded to sweep under and between my feet at the table! RUDE! Didn't even say excuse me! Never coming back here!

Stopped in the terminal at this location as I was catching a morning flight from Reagan. I was concerned when a lady in front of me in line asked what type of donut a particular one was, and the lady serving her just shrugged and said, "I don't know." I feel like you should have a grasp one what donuts you are serving to customers, especially when this small stand only has a handful of flavors. I ended up getting a donut that was below average. You could tell it had been out for a while and lacked flavor. Overall, would go elsewhere in the future.
