You get to look out the window while you study at peace. Considering its location to AU it's a great place to do individual study while grabbing a nice cold coffee and donut. Unlike other shops there's outlets so you can charge your electronics while you study as well.

How could you not have donuts at 10:30 am and blame it on rush hour ? I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Dunkin’ Donuts located at 4530 Wisconsin Ave. NW in Washington, DC. After a long morning of travel—leaving at 6:00 AM from New York to come to DC for an important presentation—I was starving and looking forward to getting something to eat. I’ve always preferred Dunkin’ over Starbucks, but this visit made me seriously question that loyalty.
I arrived at this location around 10:30 AM, only to find that they were completely out of donuts. When I asked about it, the staff casually responded that it was “past rush hour”—as if that were a reasonable excuse. This is Dunkin’ Donuts—how can you be out of donuts so early in the day?
Trying to make the best of the situation, I ordered a small iced brown sugar shaken espresso. When I received it, the cup was smeared with jelly on the outside, so I had to ask for it to be remade. Still needing to eat something before my meeting, I reluctantly ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese. Unfortunately, the bagel tasted nothing like cinnamon raisin, adding to my frustration.
To make matters worse, when I mentioned my disappointment to the staff, they directed me to another Dunkin’ location up the street. When I went there and asked if I could return the bagel to get donuts instead, I was told that they weren’t part of the same franchise.
This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at Dunkin’ Donuts—something I’ve never encountered at locations in New York. Whether it’s rush hour or not, 10:30 AM is far too early to be completely out of donuts. This experience left me frustrated and disappointed, and I hope Dunkin’ takes steps to improve inventory management and customer service at this location.

I’m so mad that I literally have to go on here to complaint. I want to try their Ube marshmallow syrup in an iced latte so I ordered that but the employees keep do not freaking know what is the Ube syrup is so my coffee was 7$ and it’s just large iced latte + almond milk lol. She just ruined my morning with order. I was in a rush so I couldn’t check it and ask them to do it again there. But UGH that’s worker us so annoying. Normally this location is fine and did my order correctly but this time 👎🏻

This location is horrible ( friendship heights metro stand)Literally. They have no ethic, couth, or customer service. On Weds 12/17 at 5:09 there was a young African American girl arguing with a customer because she was wiping her nose and preparing food. She came out the booth and said what’s up bra ready to fight the customer. Additionally, she was cursing and screaming as if she weren’t at work. Two young men employees did nothing but laugh. This is not the first time there have been issues at this location. They are extremely unclean and again lack professionalism. One day I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese; waited for over ten mins before tapping the window to inquire about my food and at that time was told they had no everything bagels. I was never informed prior and was stuck waiting. Then I requested a plain bagel because I had paid in full and needed to go. They had an attitude and took their sweetest time. Starbucks is walking distance…. I wouldn’t waste my time with them.

This location absolutely disappointed me and took no accountability for the hiccup. Placed a large order asking the staff to put the items in separate bags. I even purchased the bags, dropped them off, and it was indicated on the receipt Dunkin kept to confirm my order that I would provide the bags. When I arrived, the 150 items were in big bulky Dunkin bags. The manager shrugged and said I wasn’t aware of the request. However, when I asked for the bags to be returned he quickly retrieved them no questions asked which makes me question the integrity of management itself. Myself and other employees spent 45 minutes repackaging the items before our event began.
Let me tell you. I must annoy Carlos by ordering from this Dunkin’ almost every morning at 5am exactly- but this man does not let that show! Instead, I am consistently greeted with a smile and a good morning. Carlos is so quick to get my order done and ready for me before I take a quick walk over from the next street. My coffee is always exactly how I like it, the food is always amazing. His work ethic of getting there at 4am and opening every day is so impressive, and he does it with grace. With the few times I’ve been able to really chat with him, I can tell he is a great person!

I wasted money at this Dunkin’ Donuts! I purchased a raisin bagel (toasted), a medium cup of coffee, and some munchkins, that’s it. I thought there was no way an order that simple will get messed up. I was wrong! The bagel they gave me was extremely hard and inedible. I’m am pretty sure that they gave me a stale bagel that is a few days old and toasting it made it even harder. I always check my order to see if they gave me everything that I ordered BUT I never thought to check for the quality (unless it’s a drink). For those of you who are reading this, please take the extra time to go to a mom and pop shop if you want quality.
