I wasn’t able to order my drink as the lady who was at service didn’t attend me for 15 mins. She assumed I am buying something just to use the restroom which confirmed my suspicion as I overheard her while she was gossiping about this to a friend I believe. Owner must take action on this because even if the customer is using the restroom after buying something it’s not against Dunkin Donut’s policies. And this is DC there will be always visitors u cant turn ur back on them. Thanks

I came in for an iced coffee this morning and the young man had been touching the garbage can. Then decided to prepare my iced coffee without washing his hands and I had to ask him to do that and he does not wear gloves either. That is a safety hazard and the basics. I won’t be returning anymore.
