I’m usually a die-hard Starbucks girl, but I was desperate for caffeine and passed a Dunkin’—so I popped in. I wasn’t expecting such a compact location, especially being right next to the American Red Cross building.
This morning, they were out of quite a few items. The employee explained that the manager had stepped out to grab more supplies and would be back soon. Fortunately, I was just after a plain coffee, so the lack of almond milk wasn’t a dealbreaker.
Despite the pressure, the employee behind the counter handled everything like a pro—visibly stressed but still calm, courteous, and professional. Honestly, what impressed me most was how chill the other customers were. No drama, no complaints—just patient folks waiting for their morning fix.
All in all, not a bad detour. It’s right on my route to the office, so I’ll definitely be swinging by again.

Every time I've come to this location there has been a wait of over 30 minutes. Sometimes it's been one person working or it's been shortages or other issues. I don't know why this place struggles so much, but every time I think it's worth trying again I'm proven wrong.
The staff here are friendly but they need new management. This location has not had ice in over 3 weeks and they still offer cold drinks KNOWING there's no ice. And with long lines, there should be a sign on the door stating that there is no ice or disable cold drinks on the app if you are ordering online, instead of wasting customer's time. I overheard staff complain about having to pay out of pocket for ice which is insane if that is true.

Ordered an oatmilk iced shaken espresso on the app for pick up. When I got to the store I was informed that they were out of ice, oatmilk, and almond milk. The staff gave me a lukewarm cup of whole milk with one espresso shot in it. I ended up just throwing the drink away and I was late to class because of this. They should’ve turned these drinks off in the app if this was the case. I wasted time and money, very disappointed in this experience.

Food was good but customer service was terrible. They had a huge argument in front of the customers. Just wanted to get in and out

Shitty Dunkin. Unorganized and rude staffs. I asked politely, that my signature latte needs whipped, cinnamon sugar and caramel drizzle and was given an attitude by the man in glasses claiming that I didn’t mention that instead of apologizing for miscommunication. Another lady tried asking for her coffee, and was completely ignored. Why not hire more people? When this location is literally next to a university and working areas. The company overall management is terrible, so stingy to hire more employees.
The best Dunkin’ team ever !!

A rush was happening and people were hounding the staff for their mobile orders. Despite an apparent printer failure, who I assume is the manager handled everything with such grace and helped direct people to their orders perfectly. Definitely a brilliant set of staff and good service

It looks like they're still setting up to open... a table or chair or something would help the decor....needs help with the line for orders vs. those waiting.
One guy is super sweet and a joy to see in the one morning, I forgot his name, but trust me... he will make himself known!
My hashbrown often burnt. Make sure to check before you leave!
The others are pretty rude sometimes...but the manager tries hard to fix them and the issues they cause!

Ordered a half dozen donuts that were supposed to be 5 of the chocolate chocolate glazed and a plain glazed, got an assortment which is not what I wanted. Also ordered a bagel bacon and egg, got a crossiant. I did not get a call from the dasher at all about any issues. Not to mention I ordered the food at 1042, dasher finally got here at 1134 or so but I got a text at all 1124 saying they were approaching. Nothing Dunkin can do about thay but when you spend 30+ on breakfast you expect to get what you ordered and to have communication about your order if they cant provide because I would have canceled.

I stopped going to this location (American Red Cross) for about six months because the customer service was horrible and they were always running out of items. Now that they changed staff the service is still not good. Today, they made my latte wrong AGAIN. When I lift the top to let the young lady know. She gave me an attitude like I was wrong saying something. I guess I will stop going there AGAIN! WHY CAN WE NOT GET GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE?! Is it lack of training or is it the person.
