I currently live at 909 Capital yards. Just got my lease renewal they want to raise my rent by 32%.
Love the friendly residents and staff. Just started living here and it already feels like home. The location is unbeatable (Whole Foods, dog park, Canal Park, Orange Theory, CVS...all within one block) and the cleanliness of the building is so nice. The 909 team is quick, responsive, professional, and friendly.
