I hate to make this post. The food was awesome, had a burger & fries. Chicken nuggets were tasty ! Half & half was a bit watered down though. Didn’t have anything else to eat that day but later that night threw it all up…i’m hoping it was just the one time but i’m hesitant to try again ?

Incredible ambiance and so many options, has a great frozen rose, strong but icy good for a hot day (or cold). The burgers are infused with a variety of ingredients. I had the Beef Korean, and the gochujang sauce gives it an amazing flavor. My friend had the Vegan Memphis, weirdly tastes like meet, has flavorful and different textures. Great spot, definitely worth the price.

Placed a delivery order that consisted of two burgers and two sides. Only the burgers arrived -- no sides. Don't think it's the restaurant's fault; apparently a glitch in the toast/doordash delivery system. Somehow it deleted the sides from my cart as it was submitting the order. I wasn't charged for them, but their absence made for a pretty disappointing meal. And when I called the restaurant, they really didn't seem to care. But what was even more disappointing was the quality of the burgers. There seemed to be no place in the order form to indicate how you wanted the burgers cooked. Ours were way overdone and painfully dry. Won't be ordering from them again.
visited this restaurant about a month ago and it was the worst experience ever. Let’s start with the fact that they are violating a lot of health violations.There are NO fire extinguishers VISIBLECustomers are drinking tap water NOT FILTER( I saw a young lady take a water bottle from my table to the back I’m guessing thats where they refill the water at but when it came back it had foggy color to it and she proceeded to put in the refrigerator)that really worries me because it shouldn’t have that color.Went to the restroom and the water pressure was extremely low and about 10 minutes later the water was completely off and fact that it had a sewage smell made it more unpleasant. when I proceeded to tell someone they told me that “ the whole block it out of water” and when I asked where do I go to use the restroom they proceeded to tell me “I’m not sure” ”sorry”.When I finally received my food it’s was very disappointing … THE CHICKEN FINGER TOWER … the chicken finger was RAW and not one but 4 PIECES and my wife’s burger had hair in it when I told the manager everything I saw him get an attitude as if I PUT THE HAIR THERE MYSELF BUT DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THE RAW CHICKEN AND MY WIFE’S BURGER (WHICH I STILL HAD TO PAY FOR) He offered to make another tower and burger but i was so upset and disappointed I didn’t want it and he proceeded to not care and walked away.. NO APOLOGY AT ALL.Their patio set up is beyond DANGEROUS their tables and chairs are sitting onmaintenance hole covers and when I brought it to a employee attention she joked about it and said “trust me you’ll be fine they are super glued” I didn’t find that funny at all.I was also told that they take cash but they don’t have a cash register to give change which I find very sketchy.The manager name that I briefly spoke to was Stu and the attitude and approach was completely disrespectful and VERY RUDE! He acted as if he didn’t care that I was a paying customer. When I asked to speak to someone higher up I was told he wasn’t there. I recently saw this restaurant on FOX 5 news and realized the owner was there and I remember it well enough because he was sitting at the bar eating.

Love Eat Brgz! Love some burgers better than others, but they are all good and the portions are huge! You HAVE to get the Brussels sprouts too!!! They are top notch.

Got a standard burger and felt that it was a bit dry for my liking. My partner got an infused burger with bacon and it was way more juicy and delicious. Fries were one of the best I've had in a while. Would come back to try their other infused burgers.
