The place on Wisconsin has been nicer before the pandemic since than it is more like a take out place with tables and chairs in the summer I prefer to eat in the nearby park

This place pre-Covid was great. Since then, it’s a disaster. Dirty and unkept, most unfriendly staff, under-staffed, little to no seating. In reality, once a nice chain, now should close up.

They open at 6am. Got there at 6 and saw they had numerous bagel deliveries ready to go. Doors were locked so I waited until 6:15 and was told by a gentleman delivering all the orders that they would open at 6:30. 6:30 comes around I go back to the doors and they are still locked and after numerous employees saw me standing at the door one finally came over and told me they will open at 7 now. Many people came and waited at the doors and left, while some got their food from online orders. I said I had been waiting there an hour now and the employee didn’t seem to care. I decided to then order my food online for 7am pickup. Should be a simple order- avocado toast on a toasted plain bagel. Bagel wasn’t toasted, avocado tasted old.. seriously entire visit to this location was awful. Employees were rude as well.

If you’re opening late, Managment needs to put a sign in your window. It’s cold and raining and to just have people waiting outside thinking the place opens at 6am isn’t acceptable. Hopefully this isn’t how they always run their business and it was just a rare occurrence. Regardless I won’t be back.

It took 25 minutes to fill an order of one plain bagel with an egg. 3 people, only one prepaeing bagles. Very bad process.

20 minute wait for a bagel It’s totally unacceptable. No one in the store workers are super slow. I will never come back here. you guys made me late for work and got me wrote up!! Thank you so much lazy workers unbelievable

I’ve placed my order 15 minutes in advance today , when i came in to pickup i claimed my order from a white guy. He did clearly heard me. And decided not to make my food and went back to the rear of the kitchen . I’ve been waiting 20 minutes more before a lady showed up and finaly made my food. That’s disgraceful

Third time ordering here.. 1st time staff ignored me and served the guy who came in after me. Second time they only made one of the two sandwiches. Third time, the barista/cashier is awesome and made me a second drink when mine tasted off... And I didn't even ask for a new drink. She's the gold standard!!
However, the sandwich I ordered was missing avocado and when I got home I realized my blueberry muffin wasn't in the bag.
It would be great to have a successful visit.. the food is good and the location is convenient. Management needs to do better at training/supervision/hiring

They had one person manning the shop during prime time. There were a lot of people waiting for their food, and the coffee was stale. I felt bad for the poor bloke who was working. Maybe I caught them on a bad day when someone had called out or something, but my overall experience was less than favorable.

Female Staff working am of 8/17 at 9am was very rude. Delivery drivers were waiting for over 20 min when we asked about our orders she was very rude. I used to love this location but will now avoid it.

My very first time in the business very clean very nice nice area very polite atmosphere. If you want something quick for breakfast, I recommend you go here top five in DC.

The young man preparing the food kept pulling up his jeans and and touching so many other things while preparing mine and other people's food. His jeans were dirty. This is not proper food handling.
