This was delivery via DoorDash. I ordered 12+6 bagels sliced with 3 shmears.
Firstly (have bill to prove it) they did not slice any of them. I ordered 3 Honey Almond and they gave me 2 correct and one plain.
What is worse; when I called them a very rude person answered and asked me to call DoorDash whet itb even was not their fault. The order was correctl. Then proceeded to hang up on me.

Good Bagels BUT terrible customer service even when it was mistakes at their end. That employee needs not to work at Einstein

We got a salad from the airport. Strawberries were rotten and chicken were smelly and slimy. They refunded and I ordered the bagel sandwich. The bagels were fresh but the salad I had wasnt.

There is an extremely rude and combative employee at this location who is often disgruntled and treating customers with extreme aggression and hostility. It is actually scary and disturbing to watch. I sincerely hope management can deal with her, she claimed to one customer that she is (allegedly) the manager, which is shocking and concerning if that’s true. It’s a shame because the bagels are great, but the overall morale is so low and the woeful absence of customer service exhibited amongst the staff is truly miserable. Avoid this location if you don’t like being disrespected!

Einstein Bagels is okay for a quick bite. The bagels are decent, though not quite like a true New York-style bagel. Service was fine — nothing special, but not bad either. Coffee was average. Good if you’re in a rush or want something familiar, but don’t expect anything gourmet.

The staff is so pleasant. There is no other place that I have found who can stand against Einstein Bros. Bagels. Especially the jalapeño bagel with shmear. Oh my goodness, it is to experience....

I came for a pick up order, at 9 am the attendant gave the order incomplete. He did not give my coffee order, he was talking to another attendant while ordering, he realized the order was incomplete and I went back to the store but the attendant did not even apologize.

cold brew was literally just milk and sugar. bagel was unimpressive. barely a whisper of cream cheese.
