Einstein Bros. Bagels

Definitely DO NOT order catering from them… placed an order for 2 coffee totes. Thats all! Only 2 coffee totes. Then came OVER 1 hour late. Could barely bother getting into contact with me. These were for a business meeting and by then the meeting had started and it was too late to order anything. I used to think highly of this place and we frequently order catering but I will definitely never order anything from them again. They refunded our money but it doesn’t fix what happened for our meeting. What an absolute joke for customer service and a meeting ruined.

Does the sandwich oven ever work here? Not on the 3 separate occasions I've been. Better odds of the McDonald's ice cream machine working. Also so nice of the staff to be snarky about it, as if expecting the oven at a food place to work is ridiculous.

Doesn’t exist - literally no such coffee spot at Georgetown U Hospital - google needs to remove this. I wish it did exist but the staff laughed at me when I showed them the google maps location.

This bagel are the best any time of the day

I went to this shop on 10/8/2021 a little before 8AM. The kindness of which the staff and manager treated me brought tears to my eyes. It made my day and made me feel as though I needed to pay the kindness forward to someone else today. Thank you again.

Wish there was one in Lexington Park ;) One on my way to work would be super sweet for everyone. *I share 😁

For the price, go somewhere else. The food was Ok. Service was a hot mess. To be in such a great location, they could offer so much more!

I love Einstein bagels. But the people that work there with the exception of a couple of people, are RUDE , NO CARE IN THE WORLD ABOUT YOU OR WHAT YOU ARE ORDERING. And you would think management would take a close look at this but you are wrong because this is INCLUDING management. This same thing keeps happening over and over and over again. I would stop going to this bagel place and go to the bagel place just across the street a little bit down from Jimmy John's.

Was my first visit this morning. I expected a warm and fresh coffee but the coffee was a punch to the guts. So disappointed with the COLD and LEFT OVER COFFEE that served at 7:00 am as well as the TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I should have checked the people's reviews before stepping foot into the store. I'll better get back to the Starbucks.
