Great food and a good atmosphere. I'd recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a good restaurant in this neighbourhood.

Our first stop while visiting DC! The skirt steak on fajita dish were soooo juicy and tender, and my shredded steak enchiladas has a delicious and unique flavor. Would recommend!

Had a lovely brunch at el Camino- I got the shrimp omelette and it was DELICIOUS! There was lots of big shrimp in the omelette. We sat outside on the patio and it was very pleasant.

I’ve been coming here for over 4 years. It’s been my spot and I’ve brought them so much business, but the last few times the treatment has been so bad — glaringly different. I noticed how they treat their white patrons in comparison to me, a black individual, and my black friends. I was really shocked by the switch in behavior, as I have been such a consistent and loyal customer, but no more!

Great food. There guacamole is amazing and I recommend anything with carne asada. Thank you.

It was okay. The food didn't have very much flavor. The salsa was cut up into big chunks that were hard to eat. Everything seemed under-salted. The food came with inexplicable buttered boiled broccoli. It tastes like a distant approximation to Mexican food. The steak was pretty good, though, and cooked perfectly.

Food was ok, service wasn’t great but they were busy so I get it. It’s too loud though so if you’re looking for a spot to have a conversation, maybe sit outside

Had an okay time with my friend, however, the service ended up being horrible. Don't recommend due to lack of communication from the bar staff. Bar tenders lack customer service skills.

Love this spot on a regular night, but want to call out that on cinco de mayo they went above and beyond for our huge group. Even tho getting a table took a bit due to it being packed with folks fiending for fajitas on the holiday, they made our wait comfortable and once we were seated the service was fast and fantastic (as it always is!). Generous and delicious Mexican/texmex/calimex dishes and tacos. And the margs always hit, so fresh. Get the esquites!!

Took some very picky eaters from out of town to this joint, and they seem to have enjoyed it. So that’s a win! Just FYI, the side order comes in massive portions, you do not need to order an extra rice and/or beans per person, probably one for 2-3 people.
