The last 2 times I visited I’ve had a great experience. The first time I visited I had an issue that was fixed promptly by a manager. The second time was all around perfect and the food is always superb; the atmosphere is unique. This is a must visit when it comes to DC restaurants.
Dining at El Presidente was a memorable experience from start to finish. Our hostess greeted us with a calm professionalism, and the service truly felt like that of a 5-star restaurant. The crab enchiladas were AMAZING!! The lobster taco was good but a lot of work to get the lobster out of the shell. If I knew I was going to have the remove the meat, I probably would have ordered something else. Guacamole was delicious. Have now tried 2 of 3 of the guacamoles. The seasonal dessert was also a must have!
