Could be a good place on a quieter night. This is effectively a TGIFridays or Chilis with a British pub theme. Everything was good, not great: food, decor/cleanliness, ambiance. Service was super uneven. Incredibly friendly waitstaff, quick delivery of food, we then waited 25 minutes for our check after asking for it. Never got drinks refilled. At that point we were just ready to leave.

If you want table service don't pick a table in the bar. Once we moved, the service was very good and quick. Food also came quickly which was appreciated before a show. The food was just ok. I had the noble salad with salmon. It was good except for the dressing, a red wine vinaigrette which was way too vinagery. I added some creamy dressing to make it edible but couldn't finish the salad part. My daughter had the French dip and said it was just ok. They have a large outdoor seating area which will be nice in good weather. We will give them another try.

It was a little too noisy. The onion soup was rich and tasty. Unfortunately the salad with salmon was a little bland and the salmon was too dry. I did not send it back as I was short on time.

The host was so mean when we arrived, we left and ate snacks from CVS before heading to the show at the Warner Theater.

We dined during the week. It was very busy and loud. However both the hostess who sat us and our server were incredible. Our food came out quick and hot.

This was the worst customer service I’ve experienced in years. Our server, Bryant, was extremely unpleasant from the start. He barely greeted us when we sat down and often ignored our questions—just staring silently instead of responding. Even my 11-year-old nephew commented, “In my whole life, I’ve never had a waiter who didn’t say ‘you’re welcome.’”

The food was good and the portions were generous, but Bryant’s attitude completely ruined what should have been a nice family lunch.
