This was my first time experiencing Ethiopian food, and I will never forget my first experience with Taff bread. As a southern gentleman, the guest service was a warm relief in the cold urban city scape of DC. I urge everyone reading this to eat Ethiopian and eat here.

Our first Ethiopian food experience was amazing! I don’t have anything other to compare it to, but the flavor, texture, and quality of the ingredients stood out for themselves. We ordered the spiced tea, beef SAMBUSA, and MEAT SAMPLER. It was absolutely enough food for two people and the total check was less than $50 (Which is hard to accomplish in D.C.)
My new favorite item is definitely the DORO WOT!!! I can’t wait to try it again in other establishments I find...
