Emmy Squared Pizza: Navy Yard, Washington D.C.

Pizza and Caesar salad were delicious. We had a reservation for 5:30 but showed up 45 minutes early (Nats game ended early). Staff was very accommodating and seated us right away.

We had our son's birthday party there and they did an excellent job with everything at a great value.

We had a reservation for 12 and they sat us in the back room near a large window with no heat or space heaters. Everyone had to eat with scarves and jackets it was so cold. No apologies and no explanation as to why we were sat in the coldest spot in the restaurant since it was empty when we arrived. Food and service were decent but everyone was COLD!

Service was pretty bad and inattentive. The salmon BLT was nearly inedible- salmon was way overcooked and there wasn't any sauce . They were also unwilling to swap french fries for any other side or salad. The pizza, which is what they are known for, was pretty good.

We had a team lunch here today. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. We had salads, salmon, pizza, and the fantastic squash/ brussel sprout appetizer. Everything was great and I will definitely be back.

The food was delicious service was great. They were short staffed but the staffed there worked really hard to get the orders out! Going back again today food was so delicious!

Great experience, great food. This is the best gluten free crust I've had since having to go gluten free. I love it!

The pizza was excellent and the waiter was friendly but the service was bizarrely slow. We had a reservation and were seated at 5:30 but the food didn't come out until almost 7pm which made us late for a 7:30 show at Nats Park. Plus, tables that came in well after we did were served food before we were. It's a shame this was such a frustrating experience because this is otherwise a very nice place with great food.

10/10 definitely recommend messiah was amazing,definitely will be back to see him, he made me feel so welcome and comfortable and my drink that he made was marvelous.

So!!! Let’s start with the JAM!!! The manager of the Navy Yard Location is beyond the best.
She’s extremely knowledgeable, and kind.
I’m rather new to the area and let’s just say this has easily become my new neighborhood spot.

Kat- was my 1st person I met there and her smile just illuminated the room.
Paris- was next she sense of humor was so amazing. I’m a whole personality so she matched my vibe. Instantly.
Master- he’s so soft spoken but such a delight. Very knowledgeable of wines, and food.
I gave him and impromptu quiz about food and he was spot on!! Love that for him.

Overall- I’ve brought several co workers down here for a pizza which is 10/10!!!!
They ALL enjoyed it and loved the vibe.

I’ve been to the other locations and well I definitely prefer NAVY Yard!!!!!

The pizza recipe needs work and the portions for $26 the pizza had 2 inches of room all around in a tiny box,, I shouldn't have excepted it but I did ended up picking thru the toppings and the soggy bread gave it to the birds.

This is regarding takeout. I ordered uber eats this evening and the delivery person has been at the restaurant for 40 mins waiting. No one will answer the phone — I’ve called 10x. Extremely unprofessional not to treat the Uber eats driver with respect given that the pizza has apparently been “ready” (per the app) for an hour.
