Came for the spa and had a wonderful experience! The relaxation area is a bit more limited than the Middleburg location, but same quality of spa treatments. I prefer this location since it's easier to get to.

Always a wonderful experience.. I’ve stayed and done the spa services many times , when it was the Mandarin.. didn’t think it could get better . From the new spa, superb service and always great atmosphere.. I felt like a princess .

We had the pleasure of staying at the Salamander hotel in July of 2025. Gonzalo checked us in and was wonderful. We had reserved a water facing room, but specifically requested a view of the Jefferson Memorial. He obliged with a beautiful room that was exactly what we requested.

Unfortunately our stay had to be shortened due to an emergency with one of our pets. The hotel was so very gracious in working with us, refunding our unused night. We were sad to leave,...
