We never actually found this place. The directions in Google took us to the emergency room of the hospital at Georgetown University. Maybe it's the cafeteria at the hospital, but I'm not sure this place is really intended for the public.

Ordered a burger and took them an hour to make. I know it was crowded but they are so disorganized and there's no priority in pending orders. My order number was 27 but they were already serving order 70+. I asked for no tomatoes and no cheese and I had to go back because they added it. All they did was put a gloves on and removed it by hand and gave me back my burger. It was just acceptable because I am not allergic to cheese, I'm just avoiding it. Very dissatisfied with this service.

UPDATED REVIEW as of December 2023so this place used to be awesome. food was great, they had a great bar, and it was just a great place to get away for an hour of at the hospital. it's now complete trash. the food is terrible! they closed the bar for good!!you would be better off eating anywhere else. sad.

I ordered chicken tenders combos however cashier charge me separate charge for fries. Then waited for 15-20 minutes the guy who assists to calling the number and distributing the food was so so rude; disgusting guest and screaming when we ask about the food status.Very unprofessional costumer service.

I'm not sure what's going on today. I ordered onion rings, they were out. I ordered a chicken sandwich, I got 2 chicken tenders on bread. The manager was very nice but what's going on with getting the food items you order.

As another person mentioned, when they switched to meal exchange they gutted half their menu. The offerings are a lot fewer and food quality has gone down a lot. They still have some decent options (Ily Cafe, buffet) but generally, Epicurean is indistinguishable from Leo's now

By far, the worst they've ever been!!! Menu has been scaled back, and so many items missed on my burger just ordered, as burger itself is dry. Staff is lackadaisical with poor service. A new change in ownership is badly needed. Never will give them my business again. Don't walk, RUN from this place!!!

The staff was very rude after they gave me and my friend the wrong order. We waited over 30 minutes just to get our order replaced. I highly recommend the campus dining to take action against them and improve the customer service.

If I could give it 10 stars I would. Epicurean delivered immaculate flavor. Just wish it was a closer walk to my dorm. Fine dibing experience for sure
