This was my second time at Equinox for the Sunday brunch. It was amazing! I like that they rotate their menu. Kevin was a fantastic host!!!

Dinner was lovely in every way. The food was delicious and the service and ambience were excellent.

The service overall was good, but the food was a bit mixed. The risotto balls were delicious, but the pasta we ordered felt underwhelming. I had included notes in my reservation about celebrating my friend's birthday, and while I arrived early and expected things to be set for dessert, that part was overlooked. The hostess—who I think was also our server—seated me without acknowledgment of the notes, and when dessert time came, we were simply asked if we wanted coffee or dessert. It made the moment a little awkward, and I had to step away to quietly remind the server, which wasn't ideal. On top of that, there were mosquitoes where we were seated, and I ended up getting bitten, which definitely took away from the comfort of the meal. That said, the experience was fine overall, but it missed the special touch I was hoping for given the occasion.

My friend and I wanted to explore any restaurant for Summer Restaurant Week, DC. I chose Equinox on 19th because it had vegetarian options. We did the 2 entrees option and liked our food choices.

Equinox has long been my favorite restaurant in DC. I am happy for them in their new location, which appears to give them more space plus a nice outside dining area. I did a Restaurant Week dinner with wine pairing, and as usual the food was sublime, meticulously prepared with attention to flavor as well as presentation. You can never go wrong with Equinox.

The service was outstanding, by 2 waiters, who recognized us and made us feel like old friends.

The food was fresh and creative, along with the drinks! The service was exceptional across the board. We went during DC restaurant week. Being GF I was most excited about the corn coconut soup they advertised but it was not on the restaurant menu when we arrived so I was bummed about that, although that just means I will have to go back to try it! They were very accommodating to my dietary needs even with having the limited restaurant week menu.

Perfect place for a vegan and omnivore to both have a nice dinner together with plenty of choices. We thought about having the tasting menus and were glad to learn that I could have the plant based menu and he could have the market based menu. We decided we weren't hungry enough for that, so we ordered off of the menu. I had the corn soup which was outstanding. I also had the mushroom Wellington. It was also outstanding. My companion wanted the short ribs which were only offered on the tasting menu. They were happy to accommodate him and let him order that as an entree. The service was great. The wine list was good.

We used to love Equinox. This was our first visit since they moved. It was one of the worst restaurant experiences we've had and we eat out a lot. Service was terrible, even though there were only 6 other people besides our table of 4. The “za'atar-dusted bread” didn't have any za'atar. The soup was lukewarm. The waiter never checked on us. We had to get up and get the pepper mill from the service station ourselves because he was nowhere to be found. We asked 3 times for sparkling water before we got it. Horrible experience.

The vegan tasting brunch was superb. Everything was inventive, delicious and unexpected -- and we took full advantage of the "bring me more, please" pledge on the menu. The waiters were friendly, efficient and so helpful. We also chatted with the chef because we had to know how he made the outstanding frittata! We will be back.

Excellent service; good food. Plus, the staff was very helpful in coming up with substitutes for my daughter, who is very gluten sensitive.

The plant-based vegan brunch at Equinox is absolutely my favorite meal anytime, anywhere. Do NOT miss it if you are in DC! The vegan Nutella French Toast was OMG!

Food and service was great. The bar area is very loud. Restaurant does have private rooms so doors can be closed to block noise.

AMAZING! One of the best restaurants I have dined at in my life. It is a perfect place to take meat eaters and plant only eaters to and neither party will be disappointed or have to sacrifice. The atmosphere is outstanding. No one in my dining party had any complaints; we all walked out that night with big smiles and happy bellies. Ask for George as your waiter; he is outstanding! His knowledge of the menu and the wine/alcohol menu was superb He has very excellent recommendations for every dish. Also play the “guess where his accent is from” game with him. If you are stumped, ask for a hint.

Food was exhorbitantly priced. 20% service charges was already added making the food more expensive.
