“I was really impressed with the options at this spot. Everything is priced between $3-8 dollars. The zatar fries are phenomenal and a very generous portion (about 3 times what my photo shows), the falafel is fresh and crispy, and the vegan shwarma is filling and full of flavor. The Pali salad was just ok. Very fresh, but not a ton of flavor. I got take-out so there's always the chance that something will go wrong. Everything I ordered comes with two sauces, except the salad. None of the sauces were included in my order, unfortunately. Still very happy to support a Palestinian restaurant that is doing good work to support the refugee community and as allows customers to be a part of that. Free Palestine. ??“

“Dalia's Falafel catered my husband's big bash birthday party last weekend. It was the best catering experience we have ever had, and I want everyone within a 100 mile radius of downtown Bethesda to know about this fantastic establishment located at 7750 Old Georgetown Rd, Bethesda, 20814. Ben, Cody and Kevin provided more than generous portions of outstanding food as well as practical support and guidance on preparing, presenting, serving, and storing their delicious trays of salads, sauces and, of course, falafels. They made the entire experience simple and easy. The value of the service we received was far greater than the fee that we paid -- truly! Please don't hesitate to consider Dalia's Falfel, a unique party option, for your next celebration“

“If you're a fan of bold flavors and fresh ingredients, District Falafel is a must-visit! From the moment you step in, the welcoming atmosphere sets the tone for a fantastic dining experience. The food is nothing short of perfection—tender and flavorful on the inside, with the perfect balance of spices.
Their variety of dips and toppings and sides makes every bite feel like a new adventure. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a leisurely meal, the quality and care that goes into each dish is undeniable. The staff (and owner) is friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive vibe of the place.
If you're looking for a spot that serves authentic, mouthwatering Mediterranean cuisine, District Falafel should be at the top of your list! Highly Recommend!“

“Great spot for a casual dinner! Located in the heart of Union Market, Yasmine is a lively, bustling Mediterranean spot serving up delicious wraps, salads, and platters. I came by for a quick bite on Friday evening, and the Market was packed. We managed to snag a seat at the long table next to Yasmine and split their Friday special, the falafel wrap. The wrap was packed with flavor — it was a bit zingy, a bit spicy, and a bit herby. They had a delightful sauce, but the falafel itself had plenty of seasoning on its own as well. The falafel was perfectly fried, with a nice crispy shell, and it went wonderfully with the fresh, crunchy cucumbers, pickles, and cherry tomatoes.
My dining partner also tried their chicken shawarma wrap, which was also fantastic but slightly more lacking in flavor vs. the falafel wrap. It didn’t have the same sauce that the falafel version had, which made it a smidge less exciting and a tad more dry.
All in all, Yasmine is a great addition to my Union Market rotation! It has a great lively energy and solid food; I can’t wait to come back soon!“
