Our experience was amazing as usual. Came in with my partner for a late night dinner and the team, Keiry, Yadira and Antonio were the nicest most attentive crew! The store was spotless, the food was fresh and gorgeous! Always a pleasure to come here to enjoy an amazing meal!

The food here is genuinely good and incredibly cheap by DC standards. Most items are around $4 to $9, which is hard to find in this city. The falafel is fresh, flavorful, and filling, and the portions feel fair for the price. There is barely two tall small tables that you can use to eat, so this is mainly a carryout spot. If you want good food without spending much in DC, this place is hard to beat.

This review is not about the food or the prices. Falafel Inc. has consistently delivered amazing food at unbeatable prices for years, and that has been appreciated many times over. This review is also not about the employees themselves. The staff are hardworking, disciplined, and genuinely trying their best.
My issue is with management and staffing.
On a very busy Sunday in Georgetown, there were only two employees running the entire place including online orders. One of them was clearly new and doing their absolute best to provide good service, which I truly appreciate. But no matter how hardworking someone is, two people cannot handle a nonstop rush efficiently without being completely overworked.
I waited 15 minutes just to reach the counter, and then another 15 minutes waiting for my order. Not because the staff were slow, but because they were overwhelmed. One employee was forced to handle cashier duties and food preparation, while the other worked in the back on online ordering. This setup is unfair and honestly sad to witness.
A simple solution would be to hire a dedicated cashier to manage the long line of customers, allowing the other two employees to focus on food prep and service. It would improve efficiency, customer experience, and, most importantly, employee well-being.
As an immigrant myself, I’ve unfortunately witnessed and seen this kind of treatment before towards fellow immigrants by fellow Arab business owners, and it’s heartbreaking. These workers deserve better support and appreciation. Paying an extra $100–$200 a day for a new employee to properly staff the restaurant is a small price to pay to avoid burnout and show respect to your employees.
Because of this, I’m giving 2 stars, not out of anger, but out of concern, for the workers who are clearly being pushed too far. I am willing to remove this review once I see improvements towards the employees at the Georgetown location.
Please take better care of your people. They are the reason your business succeeds.

Georgetown location service was definitely slower than other locations I've been to, but honestly, the falafel bowl and za'atar fries are always worth the wait, so no real complaints there. Crispy, flavorful, and super healthy, satisfying as usual.
Bonus win: they accidentally made an extra falafel sandwich and didn't wan tit to go to waste, so they asked me to take it 🙋♀️ Happy ME! :)
Heads up—this spot is very much grab-and-go, as there is no seating area. You'll also need to find street parking, which is pretty typical for the area. Even with the slower service, the food, surprise extra sandwich, and hanging out with friends made it a great night overall.

Easily one of the best falafel salads I’ve ever had in DC, Maryland or Virginia. The sauces were also great. Especially the habibi sauces.
In DC 2025, this place figured out a way to charge $6.50 for a filling and absolutely delicious falafel salad!
