Incredible food with an even more incredible mission!
Falafel Inc. is more than just a delicious and affordable place to eat — it’s a powerful force for good. Our team at the GW Newcomer Clinic and NOVA RAFT is so grateful for their generous donation of food for our group of newly resettled refugee high school students on a recent GW campus tour.
The students felt so welcomed and cared for — and the falafel was a huge hit!
What makes Falafel Inc. stand out is not just the flavor (though it’s truly amazing), but their mission: every meal helps support refugees around the world. Knowing your lunch is helping fund meals and job training for those in need makes it all the more meaningful.
Highly recommend supporting this inspiring business. Come for the food, stay for the impact.

Very well informed about what was gluten free. The vegan shawarma was beyond amazing

They’re anti-Semitic anti-American Islamists
They’re usually slower than the other falafel Inc-s.

I stopped in for a quick lunch, hoping for something fresh and flavorful. What I got instead was a dry, bland falafel wrap that tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The pita was stale, the vegetables looked wilted, and the so-called “signature sauces” were watery and forgettable. There was absolutely no balance to the flavors — just a mash of textures and a lot of disappointment. The service didn’t help either. The staff seemed disinterested and rushed, even though the place was barely busy. My order was wrong the first time, and I had to wait again for a fix with zero apology. Cleanliness was also questionable — several tables were dirty and hadn’t been wiped down. I appreciate the idea of affordable food with a charitable mission, but that doesn’t excuse poor quality. There are way better falafel spots in town that actually care about what they serve. Sadly, I won’t be coming back.
as have been alluded already by main, very affordable falafel sandwich and very tasty. my go place during lunch breaks, definitely recommend!

We visited Falafel Inc and had a great experience! The place was super clean, and the customer service was on point. Ordering was easy and smooth—we used the self-serve machine, and the pictures with each item made it really helpful to know what we were getting.
Prices were very reasonable, and the portion sizes were impressive. We tried the falafel bowl and chicken bowl, and both were absolutely delicious. They also had sauces on the side that you could add yourself—and they were so flavorful!
Loved everything about this spot. 10/10, highly recommend!

Delicious, affordable, close to GW’s campus. If you’re in Western Market buying anything else, you’ve made a mistake
